What's stopping them from making a great original film? And will they ever accomplish it? Will The Irishman be the one?

it costs as much to make 10 hours of tv as a 2 hour movie
The Irishman and Marriage Story seem like they could be quite good.
Netflix is primarily a distributor, they can't conjure good movies out of thin air just by the power of money alone. Filmmakers make movies, and good filmmakers make good movies. Thing is good filmmakers want theatrical distribution and creative freedom. Netflix can't offer either.
The Jewish agenda
Does Roma not count?
But they have creative freedom. Netflix lets filmmaker do whatever they want. That may be the problem. Theatrical distribution, that's true but they did put some films to cinemas recently.
This
>Netflix lets filmmaker do whatever they want.
This is bait right
sorry for a second there I forgot literally everything on netflix is for pushing a jewish/black/sjw agenda, what was I thinking?
Netflix gives filmmakers total creative control. That's why they all flock to Netflix.
Fuck off, shill.

sure thing pal
Pretty sure there's a clause to insert non-whites in all of Netflix produced things
"Diversity first" kills any chance of creating a compelling film. They think in terms of message or (((agenda))), not story.
Netflix give total freedom of creation to their realisator and it’s the principal reason all their film suck
Producer use to control that their realisators are making a watchable film
