Any movie with this feel?
Autumn, Dark, happens in a year 1850-1900 or something..
Endless moors, rain, storm..
Maybe a little bit of ghosts, Lady searching for his lost love... even in death...
feelings of sadness and loss

Damn Opeth are pretty based. Morningrise is their best though.

Watched Jane Eyre (2011) version and The Woman in Black recently... Both had the vibe i am trying to find.
Yeah :)
I loved the "ghostly" feeling their older albums had...
Not quite that old a timeframe but Symptoms (1974) perfectly matches everything else you say here
So you want gothic. Try Bram Stoker's Dracula, Crimson Peak, The Whip and the Body
Sleepy Hollow
really the only metal band i like. they are the only ones that capture that dark folklore type shit that other bands only dream of.
Neurosis manage it, but with a more American damnation feeling. Given to the Rising is still the best complete album I've encountered.
i'll check it out
check out Agalloch

The Mantle is amazing
it's like black metal and post-rock + neofolk like Death in June
Not a movie, but 'The Alienist' has a lowkey Victorian gothic aesthetic going.
Seething Opethshitter
This was the first thing I thought of. Also, The Village & The Witch
Penny Dreadful
Only with some more goth thrown in
