>guy with the box straight up says if they push the button someone they don't know will die and they'll get $1 million scott-free
>they push the button, someone they know via degrees-of-separation dies and a bunch of monkey's paw bullshit happens anyway
what a fucking awful movie
Guy with the box straight up says if they push the button someone they don't know will die and they'll get $1 million...

did you make this exact same post in the Hellraiser thread or did you copy it from that thread?
i forgot about this film,lol
Wasn't the twist that the people that die are selected from a pool of people that have already pressed the button?
Basically that, and the people who dies was the previous that, can't remember, but when the husbane killed Cameron the kid magically recoverd the sight?
I mean the shit box just gives you the money to kill/ruin the previous family, didn't it?
Also on real world I would push that button 7billion times.
Imagine if it was the twist from the original story:
>Button is pressed
>Why did my husband die?
>Do you really think you knew your husband?
>they push the button, someone they know via degrees-of-separation dies
>they
you mean she?
Explain further. What original story?
>set a bunch of drinking birds on top of box
>they press the button twice per second
>120k extra people die per day
>overpopulation is completely fixed, world peace is achieved
>people worship the box and it becomes the new Jesus
Better movie.
>overpopulation is the world's main problem
Based retard.
>this is the movie that killed Richard Kelly's career
Yea, that guy's an idiot. You and I both know the world's main problem is the Jews.
The Box is based off of a Richard Matheson short story called 'Button, Button', which also got adapted into an episode of the 80's Twilight Zone series. The story only revolves around the couple debating whether or not to press the button (which they obviously do). The short story ends with what was previously mentioned, while the TZ episode ends with the couple getting the money and the box being collected to be sent away to 'someone whom they don't know'.
this, we need more niggers, not less.
Nice trips. Also wasn't there a blind item that he stole the Donnie Darko script from his deceased roomate, and that's why all his movies after that were fucking garbage.
Shh, they're watching right now.
>>Do you really think you knew your husband?
I don't get it. Did the husband press the button?
still better than Donnie Darko
Brass teapot as much better and also redpilled on jews
>youtube.com
No you dipshit
>Do you really think you knew your husband
As in everyone has secrets, 'knowing' someone isn't as simple as being aware of their existence
She assumes the definition of the word 'know' and pays for it
Oh. That sounds fucking stupid.
youtube.com
what did the mean by this?
I'll check this out, I loved Michael Angarano in Gentlemen Broncos.
>push button until your hand gets sore
>check news
>nigs, chinks and pajeets are majority on the planet, balance of probability means a minimum of victims will be white
>hit button until hand gets sore every day until I die
I used to live like 10 minutes away from a dollar theater, and this is square in one of those movies where "I saw it there, but don't remember a thing".
yeah is good i agree and recomend
Your literally a piece of shit if you press the bytton in this situation.
thats the movie all about.
>I will keep pressing this button untill all jews are dead at all cost
what did he mean by that?
Why? You would recieve money.
Random thousands of people dies all days, you don't know any of them, why care then?
RICHARD KELLY IS A HACK AND A FRAUD
>one million dindus per week is not enough
Unbased leftshit
I wouldnt press the button even if I wanted to for the same reason I wont sexually experiment with guys even though I'm curious. I'm pretty sure the guilt afterwards and the thought of going to hell afterwards would be enough to spiral me further into depression. Funny thing is, I'm not even religious.
