Why does Marcus Smart deserve DPOY? It seems like a very random choice.
Joseph King
niggas be letting scrotum balls and fred greta van fleet and that fat bitch from the movie precious and suck on em siakam guard embiid and wonder why they're fouling him so much lmfao
Jordan. Not even close. >b-b-but LECHASEDOWN BLOCK Lebron gets cooked on defense by anyone with handles.
Parker Foster
How many dpoys does lemickey have
Sebastian Brown
they wanted to give it to rob will and consolation prized it to smart when rob went out. also media voters don't know what good defense looks like. the reason gobert has 3 dpoys is because his SCROTUM rating was really high and they could just read that
tells me you don't really know anything about anything
Brayden Phillips
but how's his vorp? they really should give DPOY, ROY, COTY, 6MOY and MIP to jokic, i have some test tubes and flasks and spreadsheets that show why what? watch a basketball game? never!
Jordan Green
HEAT CULTURE my ass You can even tell that Lowry gave in to peer pressure and didnt wanna take this pic
i just don't get why the advanced metrics guys love the celtics so much yes, they're good, but 538 has them at like 45% chance to win the title overall have they really played that much better at the end of the year than the suns? the grizz?
Zachary Hall
>last 15 games only who cares?
Connor Powell
yeah they did and the eye test would've told you that too if you watched the games. they just creamed every other team in the league, it was silly. doesn't mean they're winning the chip but they were turned the fuck on
>matchup against someone who is great at drawing contact and getting to the line How should you play this?
Cooper Bailey
send him to the line a lot then whine on twitter and Yea Forums about the rules of basketball being illegitimate
Brandon Sanders
Double/Triple team him and hope he turns the ball over a lot or the kick out shooters miss
Parker Nelson
they're clearly really good, but all the metrics have them almost as a smart bet vs THE ENTIRE FIELD, which is insane they're going to have trouble with the Nest, and the Bucks/Sixers/Heat can each take them to 7 games let alone the WC teams. it's kind of weird that Vegas had them almost at a pick'em against Brooklyn and advanced stats have them blowing out everyone
John Nelson
Warriors gonna win it all
Easton Gutierrez

Charles White
the advanced metrics are what they are, there's no arguing with what they are. there's also no reason to take those metrics as being that important. advanced metrics would've told us game 1 of celtics/nets should've been a blowout and it was a buzzer beater. that's just how it is
Zachary Martin
10/12 vs 26/30 FTA
refs forgot to put the phila jerseys on ROFL
Parker Wilson
Before the series even began I knew the raptors/sixers series was going to have tons of shitposting but this is even better than I imagined.
So we all agree that Jokic cant carry a team in the play offs
Austin Hill
I see you and your fellow leaves are having trouble with this subject. The object of the game of basketball is to put the ball in the hoop and to prevent the other team from doing the same to you. To prevent someone from scoring, you must obey a set of rules while defending, to ensure fair play. For example, you cannot strike the player's arms or hands while they are shooting. It's called a "shooting foul." Additionally, you must have your feet set in a legal position when they are attacking- if you are still in motion, you can be called for what's called a "blocking foul." When you commit these fouls, if the other player is in the act of shooting at the basket, or if you have accumulated a set number of fouls over a period, the other team gets to go to the "free throw line" to shoot for one point a piece. This is fair because it allows them to score the points they would have scored if they were not fouled. If you don't want the opponent to have as many free throws, you may want to try playing legal defense and not fouling. Glad I could clear that up for you! Let me know if you have further questions. :^)
