The Halloween movies suck, they're the worst of the famous slasher series.
Freddy > Jason
>The most iconic horror scene
Dracula saying "I don't drink... vine" and its like 90 years old.
Neck yourself.
preach.
there are a dozen scenes in just the first 4 F13 movies which are way better than anything in the Halloween series, including sexy Terri taking a nightly dip.
By modern Horror standards perhaps, but Jack Nicholson saying "Here's Johnny!" after axing through a door is more iconic.
I didn't much care for him before this
By modern standards, the best is by far Jigsaw standing up at the end of Saw 1 and it's not even a contest.
>most iconic
>from last year
>stupid music and sfx
>not one good shot in this scene
>slowed down for dramatic effect
ooOoOOOOoOOhhh ScaAAarYyYyy
if i pull it off, would you care less?
That new Halloween was lame.
I don't really consider SAW as part of the 'Horror' genre but to each their own.
>End chase from The Cabinet of Dr Caligari
>Unmasking scene from The Phantom of the Opera
>"Children of the night" scene from Dracula
>The Monster's creation in Frankenstein
>Transformation scene in Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde
>Shower scene in Psycho
>Opening scene in Night of the Living Dead
>Exorcism scene in The Exorcist
>Chase scene in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
>Opening death scene in Jaws
>Final shot in Carrie
>Opening scene of Halloween
>Chestburster scene in Alien
>"Here's Johnny" from The Shining
>Jason coming out of the water in Friday the 13th
>Transformation scene in An American Werewolf in London
>Blood test scene in The Thing
>School nightmare scene in A Nightmare on Elm Street
>Captain Rhodes death in Day of the Dead
>Ankle breaking scene in Misery
>Hannibal Lector's introduction in Silence of the Lambs
>Phone call scene in Scream
>Video tape in Ringu
>Heather's monologue in The Blair Witch Project
>Reverse Bear trap in Saw
That's all I can think of. Did I miss any?
It's moderately probable.
>I don't really consider SAW as part of the 'Horror' genre
you're a relatively sizable sapien
Any recommendations for comfy teenie slashers, possibly with good sex scenes?
Freddy vs Jason
I always liked this one
I think New Nightmare might be my favorite Freddy film. It's comfy.
Halloween (Rob Zombie)
For certain observers.
