I used to think this but after watching it a third time I’d say midway through 5

When Pete starts having an affair with the life insurance guy's qt wife and she goes to a nut house. Everything about it is unrealistic and dumb.

This.
5.13, 6.1, 6.8, 7.7, and the finale are all in the top 10. No way it peaked at 4.

Season 7 was shit. I’m not sure what Weiner was thinking when he decided to use the second half of it to tie up every loose end he could. It was so rushed almost as if he forgot he wanted this to be the end.

>Alcohol is a twinge in your heart, far more powerful than memory alone. This bottle isn’t a spaceship, it’s a time machine. It takes your life backwards, and time forwards to the next morning… it takes us to a place where we never ache to go again. It’s not called the wheel, it’s called the spins. It lets us travel the way a child travels - stumbling around and around, and not finding back home again, to a place where we used to be loved.
What was Don thinking when making this pitch?
