Reality stone makes you able to warp shit around you, you could summon a gf if you wanted to
Time stone does shit with time, best use for that in everyday life is to use it for an infinite supply of groceries by simply turning back time on them when they run out
Space Stone makes you teleport
Power Stone makes you able to do a semi-telekinesis thing
And I have no clue what the fuck the soul and mind stone do

You could get a lot done if you can control time, though I guess controlling life and death could also have some advantages.
Maybe the orange one then, the soul one. It would suck to live forever, but being able to go 20-30k years and live out your wildest fantasies could be cool, before choosing to go off to whatever's next peacefully and on your own terms.
