I've seen a lot of people criticize the show for not being as "daring" or "edgy" as the comic
But honestly for a Tv type of show is perfectly fine especially since a lot of the gore and cruelty of the comics is way over the top and unnecessary
While it serves it's purpose there most of it doesn't translate well to live action and in some ways I think it makes the show more nuanced.
