Why was she in the movie?
Why was she in the movie?
No reason
She represents naive romance of 60s cinema. In this version of history, 70s cynicism never sets in. How does this affect the future? One thing's for sure, Tarantino never has a career because he has no movies to plagiarize.
for the most wholesome scene in the movie ofc
pic related, but not the feet part. the audience enjoying her scenes and her obvious happiness as a result were so wholesome it makes me a little emotional.
the real answer is that she serves as a red herring.
FEET
YUM
>see movie with friend
>after movie he complains about all the feet
>"HA HA I know right?!"
Interesting take. I thought it was kind of narcissistic tbqh.
Because you're supposed to know what happened irl, then after this scene You're supposed to dread when they show it, and be surprised when it doesn't
it is narcissistic for sure, but there is a beauty to seeing your contribution to the world appreciated by others, and the intent of the scene is for us to appreciate that.
this 1 hundo p
what said. she's the red herring
To provide a youthful and optimistic contrast to Rick and Cliff who found themselves with an uncertain future in a Hollywood which moved in from their style of cinema.
To be fucking annoying, I can’t la la party girls like this bitch. At least it was still the 60s and she became a mom, unless frigid-ass whores now.
fuck she's so hot
I'd like to see a cut with all her scenes removed and just have her talking through the driveway intercom at the end.
Did she walk to the theater through 10 miles of dirt?
A red herring to what? I literally never had the false presumption that tate would die in this movie. You see the title of the film? Its a fucking fairytale. Only a retard would call her a "red herring"
Qt
That would have been great. I don't have an issue with the film as it is now though
How did Quentin get away with this post #metoo? What was the reaction when known foot fetishist director Quentin Tarantino told two separate actresses to pull their feet out and hold them a inches away from the camera?
quentin tarantino?
