Welcome to the end edition. Must run in the family.
Supernatural 15
Amara is confirmed to return next season. I wonder if she’ll ally with Chuck or with Dean
Supernatural was listed by NY Times as 1 of 50 best shows on Netflix right now
based Amara. Last thread was blessed with digits
the cosmic siblings are bringing in the digits
this show was so good for 5 seasons then it just ran out of ideas
They have tons of ideas but a lot didn’t stick or weren’t executed well
it's still the best offering of the genre despite the duds. No other show actually provides as much focus to the supernatural these days. Most shows use it only as a background quirk and only bring in the paranormal shit to move the plot forward instead of fully being immersed in it
I never liked their take on werewolves or vampires they seemed to come up with the most bland uninteresting way of portraying them I feel like at one point the show bible was to make everything seem "possible in reality" or something
>to make everything seem "possible in reality"
Kripke pitched the show to be grounded so that even the people directly involved in the supernatural may still doubt it based on scientific impossibility or chalk it up to shock/hallucination. I agree that the vampires and werewolves look a bit bland (they showed alt-dimension vamps that are more bat-like) but Supernatural has the best depictions of angels in current TV and that's what Supernatural's identity as a genre show hinges on anyway. Vampires are saturated with other shows and are probably better known as Buffy's shtick anyway.
How many days until season premier?
60 maybe?
dead thread
I'd like her and Chuck to get a substantial part in S15. But because of their power levels they might just be there for the ending.
With Jack+Billie+Entity they might stand a chance against Chuck especially if they stay in the Empty where he supposedly has no power but Amara is the dark (heh) horse in this equation
neither, she'll hook up with jack and based lucifer
Bye luci
I really like how Supernatural managed to stand apart from its influences while also paying homage
The amount of lore the show has covered is truly staggering. There's never been another show that has come close. They also put a lot of research into it. For example, the biblical stuff is always rooted in real lore no matter how arcane it is.
And even then they still havent covered a number of pantheons, urban legends like the chupacabra and the wichester house, and they could also create new lore with the multiverse. Many people think the cosmic beings are overkill but it makes sense for the Supernatural multiverse to have multiple cosmic tier threats capable of flexing and making their own apocalypses. Probably the only other show I think has similar expansive worldbuilding is Buffy but they mostly invent their own demonic lore and divine beings and armageddons
>tfw still no show to watch
So were the heavenly weapons separate from hands of god?
How are they going to justify 20 episodes of angst and random monster hunting when God is literally ending the world?
How are you going to justify posting this chick without a source?
It's from some chick thar came up in my friend requests. It's a fake profile. I don't know who the real girl is.
yeah, hand of God weapons are just objects that God touched whereas heavenly weapons were ostensibly created by God in heaven as weapons, like Michael's lance
Bretty good
Chuck himself will be MIA but will send continuous threats for the boys
>still no chupacabra episodes
what's the oldest rule of hunting?
You can’t save everybody
Stay away from the Winchester’s
>you help them you die
>you antagonize them you die
Don’t stick penis in monsters
Don’t stick monsters in penis
Fuck you deAN, I fuck who I want!
Why not just snap them out of existence?
Because DRAMA. Literally because he wants to toy with the Winchesters. Likely also why he undid the old cases like Bloody Mary, Woman in White etc
Why do camel posters exist
