Why'd they turn him from a brave hero into a joke? What was the point of having him be a badass and then have everyone make fun of him?

im just confused by his character, sometimes they treat him like a chad, sometimes he's a doofus?

He doesn't look like a chad so just make him an average doofus I guess.

He looks off. The haircut doesn't suit his square face.

They have to break based Steve down so they can build him back up.

He's got good hair, though.

He peaked at 16.

With the first season, I got the impression that he was meant to go through certain development, from being a cool jock prick to learning to appreciate other things more and being less worried about maintaining his cool image.

But then in the third season I guess they decided he shouldn't just be less cool, he should be an awkward clown. That was jarring, the guy should have plenty of social skills.

Its a very well know trope
>the super strong bad guy from season 1 turn good guy in the last episode and in season 2 he goes from top to mid-tier strong
Dont tell me you never watched this.

Right? He goes from being admired and a Chad to a goofy fuck. I mean, that'd be fine but everyone talks to him like a clown. That little nigger kid busts his balls over losing a fight but moments prior he was fighting hell hounds with a baseball bat. The writers are retarded.

He's out of high school, past his prime, and out of his element. That's the point.

im not anime watching incel so no, I never watched this level of shit writing.

Its not an anime trope retard, its a narrative trope.
Better be an incel than an illiterate like you.

this is narrative trope in the mind of anime watching incel

>That little nigger kid busts his balls over losing a fight
All the kids did that. He was congratulated for "finally" winning when he knocked down a russian soldier, as if he's never been respected before.

Also, that kid was insufferable. Brilliant at math and persuasion, but for some reason thought it was a good idea to bust open containers of unidentified green goo to fucking drink it.

Many of the characters were acting completely different. Along with Steve..the constant Hopper bickering was cringe. The show is dead.

Why are you so obsessed with this homo? Seriously...

Change 'season' with 'act' then gas yourself, illiterate nigger.

Can't have too many chads. Steve got likable when they made him a doofus.

When was he ever a badass? Didn't the incel in season 1 beat his ass?

Yeah, that was dumb too. He goes from a drunk Max Payne type to a whiny bitch.

Sorta. But the kids should still revere him. He's still brave and shit even if he's a loser.
