>Homelander can't even save a hijacked plane
Superman for sure. I haven't seen Birghtburn yet, is it worth it?

Homelander couldn't even save a plane to save his life.

Its between Supman and Edgeburn.

The boy from Brightburn is relentlessly handsome. I want to kiss him relentlessly.

Whoever wins, we lose.

homelander was just lazy, he didn't even try

Dc Superman kills them both at the same time, homelander is weak compared to actual superman, the kid is just a meme version and would get bodied. I hate these threads though, fuck off.

If they plan on extending the Gunsverse id say yes its a good intro origin movie, if they just keeping it one movie than its a mehhh movie, i am kinda curious about know more about where Brightburn came from his real planet the Krypton of Gunsverse

You're that weirdo from the Good Omens threads aren't you.

>homelander is weak compared to actual superman
but he's smarter, Superman has room temperature IQ and that is canon

Brightburn = Superman > Homelander

Homelander is a bastard but he's not indestructible, either Superman or Brightburn could destroy him. Now, but Superman and BB are indestructible unless you submit them to material from their home planet. So the fight would be won by whomever gets their hand first on kryptonite/!kryptonite.

THough if we remove the mineral weakness bullshit, then Brightburn wins by sheer willingness to absolutely rekt Superman, no holding out.

Superman can't save a plane either in the real world. Physics don't work like that. Comic book physics are irrelevant in this fight since it would take please in the human earth real world

Wrong, although Superman is weak to the stones he can still be killed by magic or by beating him to death which is what doomsday did.

Wrong, Superman is willing to kill and do so much worse if needed. Superman may not like to kill people but he will if needed.

Homelander could easily glide and land plane around. just like a regular engine does.

Goku lol

>Physics don't work like that
Yeah neither does flying without some kind of thrust. If homelander can fly it means that he can propel himself through some method.
>match speeds with plane
>gently fly against plane
>fly harder to slow plane
It probably still wouldn't work but face it, Homelander is just a brainlet. They should have shown the scene where he flies into the plane at max speed and rips it apart because he's retarded.

You can't lift something free falling mid air like that. No matter how strong you are

wtf is gunverse ?

fpbp

If he can fly freely like that, then he can lift stuff with same power. He is not just super strong, he has magic flight power.

america

james gunn produced brightburn, and in the end credits it shows more characters that are like a parody /tribute to the justice of league pointing out to a sequel and even shows another character from his other movie (Super) so its gunnsverse

fp is as always bp

Underrated and kino-pilled

The concept is cool but the movie is bad imo

Superman

ok thanks for the information i really dont know

No limits fallacy. Neither Superman nor Brightburn are indestructible, they're just so much stronger than regular humans that they seem unstoppable. They're both capable of being harmed without meme rocks if they face something in their level such as Doomsday. Brightburn is pretty weak so far and he's basically featless. Superman solos.

Oh joy another Evil Superman how stunning and brave of hollywood to keep shitting on the legacy of the greatest superheroes of all time. Accept reality folks Superman is never getting a movie where he's the good guy ever again.

Black noir

>the greatest superheroes of all time
Easily Batman and Spider-Man, Superman is a small fry. Heck, you could argue Captain Marvel and Aquaman are bigger than Superman right now.

>and in the end credits it shows more characters that are like a parody /tribute to the justice of league pointing out to a sequel and even shows another character from his other movie (Super) so its gunnsverse
Shit I didn't even realize that, I was too busy laughing at the Alex Jones parody.

>Heck, you could argue Captain Marvel and Aquaman are bigger than Superman right now.

Well that much is fucking obvious. I'd even say Superman is currently to Superheroes what Aquaman was 20 years ago. A joke that everyone mocks and demeans purely to make themselves feel better.

>Superman is a small fry

Superheroes in their modern form wouldn't exist without Superman. He's important. He's the biggest hero, his symbol is the best recognized thing on the planet next to religious Icons. Fucking Shaq has a Tatoo of it! . . . and the fact that here we are at the height of the Superhero movie renaissance. and he hasn't had a well received movie or been portrayed comic book accurately since the fucking SEVENTIES!? It's outright anger inducing.

Pick a storyline! Kingdom Come! Superman vs The Elite! Mongols Warworld! Adapt any one of those stories where Superman is a hero to the big screen in live action and you'd have a hit!

But no. Hollywood just keeps falling back on the same old goddamn trope of making him a villain. I think even fans of Injustice and The Boys are sick of the whole 'What if Superman was Evul" stories at this point. The wells been tapped dry there's no new material to be found in making Superman evil.

kek. i really hope they keep alex jones parody on the next sequel if it happens

DC truly is in the darkest timeline of all when the grimdark parodies of their beloved characters will probably have a better received cinematic universe than the actual characters. Warner Bros ought to be goddamned ashamed of themselves. But they wont they'll just go back to their cocaine and greenlight another shitty Superman movie.

>Homelander couldn't even save a plane
He could've try it but didn't : He doesn't care.

>He doesn't care.
He cared about his heroic image. If people knew he had fucked up and rendered everyone on that plane deaf by accident. His image would have been damaged.
