Raimi could have easily swung Spider-Man into horror territory with Blade

Anyone else find it insulting that they made Spiderman Tony Stark's bitch in the MCU movies? Iron Man was barely a C-list Marvel character before those movies came out.

Have him be in a Bond-esque encounter for Spider-Man and let him know that there are other "freaks out there like us" so he doesn't shit up the rest of the movie.

I actually prefer how distinct from each other they were, that's ideally how all superhero media would be handled, otherwise what's the point

Exactly this. They are all unique characters and should be treated as such. The MCU movies all feel the same, like theres a template and all that needs to be added are character names, group names and specific plot details. I don't get why people act like every MCU film is a different genre
