Full upcoming schedule

Attached: Races.png (2961x1921, 335.41K)

fuck these giant gaps in the IndyCar schedule
need more races

the issue isn't the gap in the schedule, the problem is the nothing but NASCAR filling those gaps.

I don't even consider NASCAR an option until stages are removed
if that's all that's on then I will just not watch racing

Honestly if Indy and IMSA had a better balanced schedule the pain of waiting wouldn't be so bad

I'll watch literally any motorsport other than StageCAR

Even if IndyCar and F1 each had only 16 races per season, between them, IMSA and WEC there's really no excuse for a weekend during the on season for there not to be a race or Indy500 Qualifying.

Do you mean this weekend? It's Easter. It's a pretty big Christian holiday... I'm actually very surprised NASCAR is racing

NASCAR had seasons where there was at least one points race somewhere each weekend, sometimes two making doing a full season physically impossible.

Easter is not the problem
the problem is having week after week with no IndyCar race
if they can't get more races right now then they need to start the season later and end it earlier

Right, I agree. I was responding above to the leaf though, who I thought was complaining specifically about this slow weekend having almost nothing.

Lame

Honestly for open wheel racing 16-18 races per season for IndyCar and F1 is fine, especially with how taxing even that is on logistics and team staffs, but when the season starts there really is no reason why, between them, IMSA and WEC there isn't at least one major race per weekend during the season. Even at 16 races for IndyCar and F1 and 10 major endurance races that would be 42 races between them. With the season starting in mid February that would be enough races to keep things active until December. And that's all assuming F1 where to cut down how many races it has back down to 16 from its current 22. So really no excuse for a weekend like this with just two stupid meme NASCAR races.

oh no shindikuruma is only on TV for 15 out of 19 consecutive weeks I'm going to fucking seppuku myself what the fuck am I supposed to be doing on Easter weekend

you're like the one guy in this general who doesn't like IndyCar.

Anyways if you stupid fat lazy retards are going to complain there's no racing, there's Super GT, ELMS, and GT World Challenge America this weekend.

Think I might actually leave my house this weekend

put that in the OP then

I have a date this weekend. Wish me lick anons

if you're anyone but the angry leaf I wish you luck user

My dad's turning 56 this year so I decided to get him and myself tickets for New Hampshire's cup race in July. I also got the pre race pit pass. We've always wanted to get the pit pass but money was tight for a while and other things. What should we expect in the pits? We good to take pictures of drivers and shit? How do I avoid being a retard to famous race car drivers if I want an autograph?

Will they actually remove the windshields from the cars or are they retarded enough to keep them in

>having to buy a pit pass
I love IndyCar @ Road America, paddock access is free
just don't get in the way of the crews working on the cars or bother the drivers when they're busy

>are they retarded enough to keep them in
I think you know the answer to this

racer.com/2022/04/14/penske-says-ovals-are-indycars-primary-growth-need/

do Loudon, New Hampshire
there's no IndyCar races in the Northeast currently since Watkins Glen came off the schedule

Bowyer drunk doing the play by play for this dirt race

You know I understand the logic of because dirt bike and they actually get money because Americans buy dirt bikes but running these 450s fucking pinned for most of the night at anything bigger than a 3/8 oval has to be god fucking awful for motor rebuilds.

Literally the only place I could watch Nascar trucks in my crap country. WTF Nascar, I'm actually a life long fan who watches your product.

>Aleix is 1.8m and 1) sits that far forward and 2) has that much of a seat bump
Huh

Vinny Mav is 9cm shorter and has his ass slightly further back (as well as being more laid down on the bike in general obviously)

Also shooting from the tower at CotA is a neat fucking angle we don't get nearly enough.

It's weird though I've heard people talk about Rins having an "old school" riding style just with his head closer to the center of the bike but never anything about how Aleix just straight up looks like a superbike rider still using the same kind of body position from when he debuted in MotoGP.

Just for comparison even /pol/
