why did people pretend to hate this film again?
Why did people pretend to hate this film again?
we didn’t really start critiquing it online until around 2006, and that was about the time we were all going through our militant YouTube atheist phase
It's not awful
But nowadays I find it way sillier than I thought back then
Abigail a cute. A CUTE!
The doggers.
Watched this on the telly like two nights ago.
Still a solid 9/11
Because people think an intelligent critique which BTFOs the movie is:
>IF WATER KILLS THEM, WHY DID THEY INVADE A PLANET THAT WAS 70 PERCENT WATER???
It's not.
it had a religious theme that wasn't euphoric, you know (((who))) doesn't like that
Absolutely hated it when it came out. Now I love it. Mel Gibson is the best. Go Jesus.
>(((christianity)))
Not anymore
>LARPagan
Fuck off hippie faggot
I didn't mind it.
Partly because Sixth Sense and Unbreakable is up there for the best 2 movies to start a career ever, and the only way was down. But also because, and I say this as a non-religious person, it came out in prime "lol religion is dumb" time, and implied things about fate and predetermination which clashed with the social trends.
It's actually a better than average movie, the main four actors are all really good, even if the premise is a bit goofy. I would say this and The Village never deserved all the hate they got. Lady in the Water and The Happening were both shit though.
hold up, is that the joker
Yeah after aliens came to earth he lost it. Joker is a direct sequel to Signs
who was talking?
what was he/she saying?
I don't understand because some of the people in this webm are leftist and some other are condervative but they all look equally concerned
