Well Kit said he was going into stage acting, so there's no point in speculating about his film career when he's actively said he wants to distance himself from it.
I'm guessing Lena Headey, NCW and the dwarf will all be doing fine since they all had careers before GoT and actually got some acting skills. They just need to stay away from dumpster fires and pick their roles carefully.
Alfie Allen is a pretty great actor so he should be fine, but I could see him disappearing because of how the theon character basically got reduced to an on-going punchline about emasculation.
