It's pretty good, but it gets flanderized to hell. I stopped watching when House was driving a monster truck around town, I was just done. That was pretty far in though.
Anyway it has some quite kino, but I wish they didn't make it so LITERALLY every episode had the EXACT SAME formula. Like literally every episode, the medical stuff is 100% the same. Epiphany at the end every fucking time. They didn't even attempt to shake it up and for 6 seasons or whatever with 20 episodes~~ it gets super repetitive
That said the medical stuff is the least interesting stuff, so

Season 4 was the show at its peak with the reality show-like hiring process.
Season 5 was ok.
Season 6, 7 8 were when it started slowly dropping in quality.
HOWEVER,
The finale was absolute kino.
