I know you're just being autistic so I'll answer with some autism of my own. If I had to choose one standout thing that encompasses a lot of the other things it's just that he's not who he thinks he is. He thinks he's funny, but he's always an unlikable douche or at best a well-meaning straight man to much funnier people. He thinks he's a good singer, but all his singing is played for laughs. Give him a small bit of serious acting? Nah he'll still fuck it up and fall back on his comedic routine and of course it's obvious again that he'll still be the worst actor in that group because that's what you hire shitheels like Helms for to make others look good, so no he is not a good actor in any form.
