SG-1 definitely, but that's not saying that Atlantis was bad. Atlantis had it's moments and it was very good for a spin off. However, the Wraith was quite dull enemy and overall the backstory about Wraith was stupid as fuck. Goa'uld was much better and interesting. The ancient mythology and scifi was just perfect combination. Also, Jack O'Neill, Daniel Jackson and Teal'c were just absolutely perfect characters. Atlantis had Sheppard, McKay and Ronan tho, but asides from McKay they are quite pale ones compared to SG-1 characters.
