Actually true, most of them just leech others like their spouse or family and then move on to others when they get kicked out of the house. Living from victim to victim they exploit with no self discipline really.
You can be low conscientiousness and low agreeableness and not be sociopathic, its just that sociopaths also share those personality traits.

you'd have to want something first. then, just exploit everything and everyone without remorse in order to get there. dont think of people as people, think of them as resources. only valuable if they have something to offer you.
