I already gave you the most logical explanation, now you have to explain why it would be chuck's fuck and suck. It makes no sense. When you see a sign announcing "formerly" it's to let patrons know the business has been closed/relocated. If the business was called "chuck's fuck and suck" why wouldn't the owners of sneed's write "formerly chuck's fuck and suck" to let the johns know they have to find another whorehouse? It just doesn't make any sense, and "muh joke" or "muh ian maxtone-graham confirmed it on twitter" are not arguments. Worldbuilding and logic my friend
