>it’s a Jeremy episode
QI thread
Based Jez
>it’s a ‘one or more women is on the panel’ episode
Dropped
link?
i love those episodes
he's usually right
>its a jo brand jokes about how unattractive her and her husband are episode
I unironically dropped this when whats her face took over. Almost every panel is filled with a bunch of quota fillers and the comedy took a nose dive.
>That episode with the ventriloquist
Please kill me
Same, it just isn’t QI without Stephen and his sweaty old gay school master aura to hold everyone together
We got season 1 QI on DVD from a charity shop. It's ok but my god this show had had the same carousel of guests since 2003
>QI
>old british faggots reading wikipedia facts to each other
Wow, what fun.
only anglos will understand
Ultimate lineup?
For me, it's David Mitchell, Sean Lock and Frankie Boyle.
Why did the mushroom go the patry?
Need some Bill Bailey in there
Correct. I would allow Bill bailey since I have a soft spot for him.
Worst line up (of old QI regulars): Phil Jupitus, Josh Widdicome, Sarah Millican. I also hate Victoria Coren (Mitchell) as she is far too smug
What’s wrong with Phil
He's annoying
QI sucks, terrible format, frequently mediocre guests are on a gravytrain or they're good guests being made to look unfunny by said format.
>it's a everyone bullies Alan Davies episode.
i know, they should add more explosions and dramatic music in every scene
I wonder if they had to pause production when Alan bit off the ear of the homeless man in 07
That is the only logical conclusion to make from my disinterest in panel shows, yes.
and how fat she is, that is the material she gots
anyone else never laughed at anything alan davies has said?
I don't think he's there to be funny. He just keeps things ticking along by saying the wrong/obvious answers. Although current era Alan looks like he wants to kill himself. Both him and fry suffer from depression. It's a little sick watching them cavort like monkeys whilst I sit on the sofa sipping a nice cup of tea
>tfw no more Rory McGrath episodes
My friend was an actual fan of Alan Davies. She liked Johnathon Creek and wanted to see him live. Crazy
>Although current era Alan looks like he wants to kill himself.
i stopped watching when stephen fry left the show. i thought alans only appeal was that he seemed happy like a puppy dog. punished alan must be hard to watch.
>Both him and fry suffer from depression.
ive heard stephen was bi-polar but he has never come across are particularly manic or depressed in anything ive seen him in. maybe his meds are working. do alan and the new dyke presenter have similar back and forth that him and fry did?
>Johnathon Creek
crime drama? ive never seen it. the only british tv show i watch these days is would i lie to you.
You better be a Johnny Foreigner or I'm reporting you to the home office.
Apparently Fry tried to kill himself like 10 years ago or something
Yeah, he tried in 2012. There was a period when he disappeared for days and nobody could find him. He's a bit nuts. His bf is about 27 years younger than him I think. I'm not sure if they're married now.
David Mitchell, Rob Bryden and Sean Lock
Sean Lock is best guest of all
im a resident of convict island. no report necessary.
how rich is stephen fry? did that guy just marry him for his money?
30mil according to my googled estimates. I would say they sound about right, considering his books, docs, Hollywood roles etc
>30mil according to my googled estimates.
is that american dollars or british pounds? either way hes doing pretty well. just read he had cancer last year. so cancer and suicidal. seems like that young gay he married will get his millions sooner rather than later.
He's the third young gay in a long line of young gays. I have no doubt they earn every penny
i guess when you are disgustingly rich you get to date whoever you want even if you are suicidally depressed as well.
>bit young in'he?
how have ratings been since dane-dyke took over? I stopped watching when I stopped being 15, like midway through fry's tenure.
