I have to admit: even though I liked pretty much of all Lynch's stuff, I've tried watching all of Twin Peak and I hated it, I honestly don't see the appeal of it, it's like a show that could've been legendary but somehow it missed all of its marks.

Don't worry, my depression turned me into a brainlet these last few years.

The old series is pretty slow paced and filled with a bunch of nonsense to have content and drama. I was lucky to watch it during early internet era when there was nothing better to do. The new season is great though, barely any of the useless old characters and a lot more weird stuff.

S3 is easily better than 1 and 2 and it has a different vibe. 1 and 2 have a lot of that soap opera stuff which was occasionally kinda cute but honestly I ain't remembering those parts very fondly and I ain't probably ever gonna rewatch that shit.
