They are they most outwardly polite people I've encountered (for the most part) and they're weirdly quiet like this even at rock concerts. That said, they'll say some shit under their breath if they think you're rude and don't speak the language.
They do in Japan and Russia. Top Rank, GB and PBC usually have agreed upon start times for their broadcasts. Japanese promoters and broadcast partners, typically don't. Even when Top Rank does a Japanese card in Japan, they don't air those on network ESPN specifically because even if Naoya Inoue was a huge household name in the US, they can't call the shots unless its their team running the actual promotion and not just some cross-distribution deal.
