4500 is crazy, yes. But these calculators are fit for "normal" people, so sedentary lifestyle means "predominantly sitting". But you still walk around to get food, go to the toilet, use public transport etc etc. It's just a medical term for having a job that involves no physical activity whatsoever + no sports in your free time.
So the high weight of 600lbs multiplies any muscle usage the calculator implies due to your lifestyle. This implied usage is grossly overestimated for these patients though.

If you are in ketosis you are by definition starving yourself. Green vegetables have very few carbs (broccoli has less than 10 kcal per gram), most of which are equivalent to what is used to even digest then.
Your carb consumption is so low it is basically non-existant, this is not even the equivalent of a very low carb diet which would have something like 20% of total kcal being carbs (which is around 400 kcal of carbs). This is like an anorexic saying “I technically did eat today because I ate a single french frie, tee-hee”.

I've lost around 85 lbs or so since late February of last year, and started with heavier weightlifting during the later part of last year. I've found that as I've increased my weightlifting exercise, I've been able to lighten my focus on diet (I'm not looking to be a bodybuilder) without gaining weight but still continuing to lose inches around my waist. Weightlifting, for me at least, is more enjoyable and gives you immediate goals like upping your lifting capacity which can make it easier to get motivated. Also, once you lose your weight, if you haven't been doing some sort of muscle building, you'll probably wind up with a skinny fat look.
