She'll probably just make small cameos in the future similar to Anthony Daniels but after episode 9 I believe that Rey's story arc will be largely if not completely concluded ending Daisy Ridley's role as a main character.

I'm pretty sure it was the opposite. He loved luke and jumped at the first opportunity to play him. He was fat and in a state of JUST before this role and cleaned himself up, hit the weights, got a clue, completely unJUSTing himself. Then the last jedi happens and he loses all faith in humanity

I can't say I support the casting of Lakers center Anthony Davis to take over the Peter Mahew role.

I'd be fairly depressed if I were Daisy. After being given the opportunity of a lifetime she's going to be known for playing a character which was ultimately barely memorable, despite having the starring role. In a sense I think Hayden Christensen had it better with the prequels, Anakin was at least characterized to some degree.
