He got killed off because he became too expensive

I'll miss this lil nigga like you wouldn't believe.

neck yourself capenigger

who gives a fuck kys

Why didnt he freeze time with the gauntlet first?

He'll cameo in the future. In one of the other big event films they do they could easily do some shit like Peter is knocked unconscious and meets Tony is this little plain of reality cause the cosmic powers that be decided he deserved some form of an afterlife so he could watch his daughter grow up, family and friends thrive, etc. He gives some inspiring words, etc. before Peter's mind is transported back to his body and he wakes up. Ditto for Chris Evans. If he doesn't just get a death scene as an old man dying of old age, they'll push time through him like they did with Scott so he's young again and has some heroic final sacrifice that he's totally cool with cause he's already lived his life with Peggy.

He is the only hero in MCU with any personality. How did they manage to cast such a bland bunch of actors for every role?

They're setting it up so we can see a cameo in 4 years, maybe a bit more
Unfortunately women overtaking male roles and black people will ruin phase 4 and there will be next to no hype

If they would've have just kept him out of Homecoming, They could have saved enough to cast him for one more film after endgame to introduce the next phase.

It brings me so much joy when a main character dies in a movie, because it’s pretty rare and normies hate it.

Why did he just fly straight up with the gauntlet?

didn't*

Why didn't he wish to be taller first, he could probably tank the damage

Doctor Strange, most of the guardians did a good job I think. Cant stand Captain Marvel.

Disney would've paid him 300 million per movie if they wanted to, he just quit because he's too old and wants to move on. Same reasons Evans quit too.

The Russos or writers or whatever did interviews saying he was hesistant to leave and had to be talked into being enthusiastic about it from a story perspective and shit.

because it was eating away at his suit and he also probably wouldn't get far before dying from the power either
better question is why didn't carol fly away with it

I’d be hesitant to leave too when making 70 a million a movie.

I hope Evans comes back some how as Cap. They could write him back in somehow. But Tony is dead and RDJ is to expensive. Honestly every single one of his arcs and most of his potential stories have been told. And he’s old.

Captain America growing old there gives out so many questions that it feels jarring, I wish they had been more clear on that, most of all the other plot threads felt organic, justified, they had sense.

They push time through Cap like how they did with Lang so he's young again and dies in some heroic sacrifice during the next big event film. He's cool with it and dies at peace because he's already had his life with Peggy and is going out saving people he cares about.

His career's over. You don't just go back to making real movies after doing 47 capeshits in a row.

Cap won't come back now that he passed the mantle to Captain Negro, media wouldn't accept that shit.

The best thing I can imagine is him appearing in like Avengers 5 or 6, when new Cap Sam gets his ass kicked or some shit, shield goes back flying, he's getting devastated, similar scene to Mjolnir but this time it's super old Cap grabbing the shield, saying some cool heroic words and then fighting a little bit before giving Sam and Bucky the push they needed to be the heroes.
It'd be kino

>I used to think I could do this all day... and I if you don't step up I think I will have to do it

He could come back as old man head of shield or even if he got rejuvenated he could go back to being a secret avenger with that slick, helmetless Winter Soldier look. Grow that sexy beard back out.

I’d also be just as fine with him showing up as a reoccurring cameo spot. New avengers coming to him for Advice. Or if it’s just for fun like the Avengers party in AoU. Have Old Man Steve arm wrestling young SHIELD agents and busting their balls that they can’t beat an old man.

Both good ideas. I'd say have the light hearted cameos sprinkled through the new films and have the heroic sacrifice/death come in a Avengers event movie involving Doom or some shit like that. And have them do that thing they did with Scott in EG so he's young.

Good cast:
Thor
Iron Man
Hawkeye
War Machine 2
Vision
Thanos
Loki

Bad ones:
LITERALLY the rest of them. Iron Man 2 and 3 have aged so fucking terribly btw.

>Have Old Man Steve arm wrestling young SHIELD agents and busting their balls that they can’t beat an old man.
Isn't he like 135 when we see him at the end of EG?

With his new bank balance I doubt he gives a shit.

>something something super soldier serum, something something enhanced longevity
They could handwave his age easy enough

>Captain Negro
I think Mackie said recently he's still Falcon. So gotta wonder if the new series he's doing with Stan is about who assumes the Cap monkier, if it's assumed by a successor at all.

Yeah I know the serum is why he looks good for such an age. Only asking if we have an exact age. He's definitely north of like 110.

If you didn't see it coming 5 movies ago I have some bad news for you user. You might just be retarded.

He's still doing sherlock holmes 3

Well obviously they know even if it was a good character they can't give him the lead of Avengers. So I'm kind of unsure who's gonna be the head of Avengers if there's any.

I guess that's why they're scratching their heads and we'll probably see Young Avengers, Dark Avengers and Fantastic 4/Xmen before we see another big Avengers movie.

The man is finally free, I can't wait to read his autobiography. These years must have been hell

These except Hawkeye

I recently watched the "documentary" for Endgame and he looked super happy, it seems like he genuinely enjoyed working with some of the cast and had a lot of respect for Stan Lee.

Not sure why you think he was suffering. He was getting lots of money, doing a good role and he's considered one of the best Marvel actors, people all over the world literally love him just for this, he couldn't have achieved this with any other movie.

They mentioned he organised a lot of dinners and stuff for the cast/crew as it would be the last time a lot would be together for a good while. Doesn't sound like the actions of a man seething with rage and bitterness.

gonna cry? piss your pants maybe? maybe shit and cum?

This is the face of a broken man, user. A man broken by the roasties.

guy spearheaded a decade long movie franchise after being dragged out of a drug filled gutter

Do people call him Steve Rodgers normally in America? I walked past some kids on Holiday and I heard then say "That guy looks like Steve Rodgers" I didn't know who that was so I googled it and found it out was Cpt America. I found it weird though since I have totally different hair. I couldn't find any other famous guy or character with the same name.
One of them said "What?" in a way suggesting he was crazy, but another one said "Yeah I know what you mean". Maybe it was just my expression or something. I'm pretty sure I'm ugly so I'm confused why they'd think that. They were black so maybe it's just a slang term for white people or something which I don't know about being from UK.

He’s in his late 90s maybe early 100s during the last scene of Endgame

Yeah..... it must have been hell to be so loved and respected that japanese qts who don't even speak your language break down in tears of joy just from being able to meet you.

youtube.com/watch?v=TRzCUzwmhGs&t=185s

How can he claim to be anything but blessed? I've never seen a person so loved and respected. Adult men literally weeped like babies at his death. It's unprecedented.

They should have done that 5 years ago

Wow he sure sounds happy in these marketing stunts, I'm sure he enjoyed making children movies in front of a green screen for years. He was so happy that his insane money demands made Disney cut into the VFX budget and the CGI has gotten noticeably worse over the years despite the budgets going up!

bitch was too old, probably fucking some rando twink whore as I type this

What makes you happy? That shit would certainly make me happy. Making lots of money while making other people happy?
By actually being a decent actor with a pretty decent role?

>hurrrrrr children movies
Sorry if you think the only way in life to be happy is to be an actor in some weird as fuck arthouse film that will somehow make you feel fulfilled.

You sound miserable

>What makes you happy?
Spending six months a year for ten years trapped in a fucking warehouse in fucking Atlanta waking up at 4 am to get make up and props for other 4 hours only to spend the following 10 hours jumping around in front of a green screen not even seing sunlight while I pray my employer will finally say stop and refuse my insane money demands that are cleary a cry for help so I can be free from the neverending franchise of endless shit movies I sometimes call "hell" and other times call "my life", year after year, only to never receive a single award or recognision and not a single project other than this TORTURE that wiser, less desperate actors just use as a fast paycheck playing a villain and DEMANDING the character will die in the same movie to avoid my sad fate

I'm sure RDJ is the same and that's why's so happy in those marketing videos you watch

Lol, RDJ had it easy as hell compared to Evans, Johansson, Hemsworth, etc. consider he's all CGI when it comes to fight scenes. He didn't have to spend hours in Atlanta heat doing springs and action scenes at the airport, for example. Also, actors seem to find a way to make things fun. Ever heard of how the Star Trek TNG crew livened things up during their long work days also trapped in doors with very little natural light? Or are they all faking it too?

>Also, actors seem to find a way to make things fun
Yeah because they make them for the MARKETING of the movie. Evans and Hemsworth I'm sure they're fine with it because they are shit actors that will never have a real career, but to RDJ and Johansson these years must have been hell. Like I said I can't wait to read their biographies

Sherlock Holmes are honorary capeshit
