Wow so glad I subscribe to these platforms.
>want to watch a movie from 10 years ago
>not on Netflix
And this is why I will never subscribe.
>torrent it for free
>keep it forever
good luck torrenting a movie from the 1950s
?
Remember that brief Golden Era when Netflix had so much awesome shit it was actually overwhelming? Hammer horror, classic giallos, film noir, X-Files, Star Trek, Twin Peaks, 30 Rock, etc. Can't even count the number of hours I watched.

>Doesn't check their catalogs or traditional offerings before shelling out

Fucking millennial logic right there.
They have gotten a bunch of good stuff recently. Scorsese, Tarantino etc.
most old movies are on fucking youtube now, you can also get them from dollar stores and tons of stream sites have them.
watched a ton of old kung fu stuff on youtube then got the dvd/vhs from the local junk shop.
Old movies are shit though.
Your cool kids membership badge is in the mail.
THIS. If my movie doesn’t have at least 3 superhero characters in it I just can’t concentrate.
boy what a life
everything from 40 years ago is either problematic or non-inclusive or worse; both
so why bother
>want to watch a movie from 40 years ago
That's where you went wrong friendo. There are no good films from 40 years ago. The best films from that era have all been remade into much better films that you can find on all good streaming platforms. Films like Ben Hur, The Magnificent 7 and A Star Is Born.
This is going to get even worse soon when the platforms start fragmenting and Apple and Disney join the scene.
No user, Disney streaming will revolutionise the streaming environment, giving you all your favourite Disney films at the click of a button in one convenient place you can access from any device*. This will lead to a great environment where the market naturally helps accommodate such a revolutionary platform and we find all of our favourite non-Disney films on the platform too!
*Devices must be Disney approved and internet capable.
the b8 is real
>t. SEETHING threatened shitflix fag
I wonder if the new platforms will create a situation where no one subscribes to any of them because of the thin spread of content.
>Scorcese, Tarantino
>good stuff
>want to watch the first hellraiser again
>banned in my country on all patforms
yikes.
Literally cable packages all over again.
That's what they're working on, and there will be a big resurgence in piracy which was mostly killed because streaming was cheap and easy, and when these new platforms fail all these companies will throw their hands up and say 'why did this happen to us???'
>Private tracker cuck
from wich niggercountry are you from and why you have all those platforms.
kys
They’re only pay for the rights to stuff that normalfags are gonna want to watch. It’s why their movie selection is so garbage.
Nah what will actually happen is Disney will buyout the licences to shows once the other platforms can't sustain themselves anymore.
