Charls was friends with Nick first, thats how Sam and Charls met, through Nick. Charls was sketchy of Sam because even Sam admits that he was a shithead when he was young, Nick helped him to tone it down a little. Now if it was true that Sam blacklisted Charls by telling everyone to not work with Charls, then Nick would have heard of it. There is no way that happened because Nick would not still associate himself with MDE if that were the case. The same is true for Charls, why would Charls still be friends with Nick if Nick hung out and worked with the group that fucked him over? Not to mention Ruse follows Sam on instagram, his instagram account that was made way after the supposed incident with Charls and Sam.

Nick doesnt need the money from MDE, so it cant be that he is getting paid big money from Sam, especially since Sam has other employees too. Nick has his own money stream from flipping houses and his salesman job. So the argument that Nick is only with MDE because of the money is totally bunk.

Im not saying that Sam is a nice guy, he is an asshole its not hard to figure that out, and he says so himself. Alot of the accusations come from ex-employees and ex-gfs, and considering the methheads and 8ch autists that Sam associates himself with, im not surprised if they would be butthurt about being fired especially when Sam is probably an asshole to work for.

But these people take one grain of truth like, yes, Charls is angry at Sam but probably not because of Sam scamming Charls but because Sam, because he is a dipshit ruined their chances at network television. So they take the fact that Sam and Charls are on the outs, and say that it was because Charls was blacklisted by Sam and told everybody and had his money stolen from him and everyone knows this, except Nick is totally cool with that.
