I just know that modern goalies are complete plugs even though they have higher save ratings and GAA.
And with all the teams all the third and fourth liners are dogshit.. despite all stars of today’s era scoring less against these players than 40 years ago players were against the good players
And average goals a game back then being 8 was just because the players were so good… not that stand up goaltending didn’t truly make an appearance in the NHL until 1986 once Roy started doing it
