Man I loved that moon episode when I was a kid. It was so creative

The scene where the penguin pulls the glove from his head and Wallace totaly surprised says: "It's you!"
Still laughing my ass of everytime I rewatch the W&G movies.
Recently rewatched three of the shorts I have on DVD and the emotion you feel from Gromit when Wallace starts paying more attention to the penguin is still so genuine even though he doesn’t even have a mouth. They just don’t make shit like that anymore.
Also, you can’t beat that theme song.
The shot of Wallace frantically being dragged down the street in the background clinging to a lamppost behind Gromit kills me
>HEEEEEEEEELP GROMIIIIIIIT!
>that fucking train scene

Based
Name a more based character.
Well you got me there.
It's such a simple gag but Wallace sawing up a door and cutting straight through the supports he's holding the door up with is always hilarious to me. It's exactly the kind of retarded mistake a really smart guy would make.
fuck this guy
Gromit is a genius creation, I remember when the movie was coming out the US studio was really pressuring them to make Gromit talk. Which they totally refused to do. I'm so glad.
Reading the US reviewers raving about Gromit and his ability to make you laugh just with his eyes was incredibly satisfying.
Creeped me out, how he'd just lurk silently in the background of scenes, watching.
Wallace trying to sketch ideas for the rocket and somehow getting distracted into playing of Xs and Os with himself is a strange underrated bit.
*CLANG*
WE'VE FORGOTTEN THE CRACKERS
american here - wallace and gromit was one of my favorite things to watch when i was younger, but whenever i tried to show it to people or tell them about they said it looked weird or creepy :(
Cracking toast, Gromit
Well I'm american and I watched it growing up and so did my friends.
Jeeze lads, I love me some brie and crackers with a smidge of jam and wine.
Crackling kino snack right there.
Their loss. I couldn’t appreciate how well-made it was back then, but I sure can now.
Stilton?
the wrong trousers is kino to the core. feathers mcgraw is a menacing and hilarious villain, the story has just the right amount of adventure and melancholy, the artistry of the stop motion is obviously top notch (the train climax is rightfully praised but the whole short is impressive throughout), and the jokes/gags are perfectly timed. a complete improvement on what came before it and an absurdly impressive execution of an idea
Christ could you imagine who would voice him
Steve Buscemi
Wallace and Gromit is pure kino.
Time to re-watch.
Who do you think his waifu is?
This.
>tfw having that snack while watching Captain Marvel in 3D with IMAX scenes
It's like poetry, it rhymes.
Ohhh Gromit
the security laser tripping sound effect is etched into my BRAIN
Why are you simultaneously a pleb and patrician?
Satan, the perfect way to enjoy brie, crackers, wine and jam is to also watch either Wallace and Gromit or a Brie Larson film to go along with it.
>tfw Jar Jar is the key to all this
Pure kino.
>or watch Brie Larson
Fucking janny b&ned me from posting images since I kept spamming the creators of Euphoria, SO if I was able to post a reaction image it would be a disgusted one
this is the only worthwhile thing to come out of the uk
>It's treason then.

Yeah it's insane how much it developed from A Grand Day Out even thought that's still fantastic
Aww, the bounce is gone from his bungee
Wallace & Gromit is PURE british christmas kino, so comfy to watch when it's cold and dark outside and cozy inside
Lady Tottington of course, Wendaline is a pleb.
Jim Carey
My grandpa had these on video and I used to watch them when I came over to his house. He grew up poor in Germany during the war, and he didn't have any contact with his father since he was the product of a rape. So I think he tried to make up for his crappy childhood when he came to America. He had a little shelf full of figures and toys, as well as tapes of Beavis & Butthead, Gumby, Pee Wee's Playhouse, and Wallace and Gromit.
they have pretty broad appeal.
