I 100% believe it was real. This was a very low budget movie with some pretty complex sets and shots that I'm sure took a while. I'm sure it was all work for hire indie horror guys and if you've ever been in that world you know all of those guys are retards with egos and I would believe they'd get cunty about filming an all pink tea room with girls talking about periods for an afternoon. They're not professionals.
