Losing weight is extremely easy. Not surprised you find it impossible though.

Pacific Rim: Uprising on the right

warrick please i apologized!

Does anyone have any more updated photos of this guy? I remember seeing this a year ago and everyone was rightly saying that he needed to completely shave his head and lose the glasses, I wonder if he did that

Looks good but still not tall enough to get on a rollercoaster

TYRONE SAID IT'S MY TURN ON THE SWITCH

That wouldn't change how ridiculous his body looks. It's a sad fact of life that some guys bodies are just not meant to be muscular. This guy should lose weight and just be toned/skinny.

Why is his head so big

Still a manlet.

it's always nice being reminded that face is most important

duke looks weird

soul vs soulless

LMAOOOO HE LOOKS FUCKING AWFUL LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

These aren't the same person right?

Can I ride a bike to get /fit/? Like 50-75 miles a week just to burn fat while reducing caloric intake?

Unironically good for him it's always good seeing people work hard and reach their goals

Holy shit you are dumb

More like soul-less vs fit soul-less

Still a numale manlet.

Nigga, answer the damn question

Forrest Gump.

Not unless he took a belt sander to his shoulders

yeah but biking isn't necessarily the most high intensity cardio so it would take quite a lot of time to reach your caloric goals compared to jogging or lifting weights

wew lad

I'm surprised he can even reach anything

nope. just opposite ends of two extremes.

Me on the left

Depends on what you mean by /fit/. If you mean visibly muscular then no, but frankly cardio is probably more important in the long run and I say this as someone who mostly lifts and hates doing cardio.

>Sir, you can't make "gains" on your head...
*queue training montage*

"Watch me."

Cool. My friend is a big biker and I want to join because it sounds fun and healthier than getting drunk at 4pm after work everyday

>bear mode chad
>virgin bodybuilder

Tiny frame, doesn't matter how many balloon animal muscles he puts on it.

Why is that 6 year old so buff

All cuteface bois report in

he actually looks better on the left the fuck
right looks really unsettling for some reason

It's a tricky balance, but diet matters much much more than exercise if you want to lose weight (exercising will increase your metabolism and make you hungrier). I'd say lose what you need to get a healthy BMI through diet and moderate exercise, then step it up to get in shape. If you're fat, look into insulin resistance.

As for biking, I'm not a fan because you can cruise on your momentum to take breaks and it's not as high-intensity as swimming or running.

looks like he was shrunk and drained of his normal frame
if he was a yugioh card he would be a toon monster

It's a great way to establish some baseline cardio strength, and even a little exercise is way way better than none
you know about this board right?

It's like a giant hand grabbed him and squeezed all the fat into his head.

>toon monster

His head was always that big, the left image is just shot with an angle that deemphasizes it.
