The brand/manufacture which paid the best. Something soulless like a Charger.

fuck mustange

I think they said Ford or some other car manufacturer offered them 50k to use their car for the movie, they turned it down

Would it work?

it would be some possibly dead brand that produced funky car few years ago. for sure can't be a big and popular brand
>Tesla?
no, the whole point of BttF3 was that it needed fuel. Tesla would work anyway

i'd go with Fisker Karma. the brand is almost unknown, and the car was one big failure, just like DMC12. the car is indeed electric powered but still needs fuel so it could work in BttF3 style plot

The time machine works best in 30 year jumps, also you better have a Mr.Fusion or your fucked

The original concept for the Time Machine was a old Refrigerator, that was drove to its destination by a Truck, they later realized that stupid kids would lock themselves inside refrigerators reenacting the movie, so they combined the Refrigerator with the Truck and after looking around for the Right car they landed on the Delorean

plus delorean was few years old shit nobody remembered (dmc12 was produced between 1981 and 1983, the movie cqame out in 1985) and the car was famous only because of the movie. it wasn't some classic as suggests

>thread full of brainlets
It couldn't be anything other than delorean because of its stainless steel construction.
Dr brown literally explains this to you at the beginning of the film.
Pay attention put phone away.

Nah, fuck Tesla.

>scientist talking about christ
couldnt happen today

why not? they aren't questining christ as a person. he doesn't have to be some kind of god.

It couldn't possibly account for how fucked our calendar is.

>DeLorean is the only car ever made from ss

I think it is. I don't know other stainless steel produced cars.

Doc made a train into a time machine, clearly it's not needed.

Sure it would, but they'd still be in America so they'd have to figure out a way to sail to the Middle East to see whatever happened on that date.
