The industry doesn't really buy spec scripts anymore and it is very difficult to get representation if you're just a rando. I recommend trying to get some sort of entry level assistant job in the industry and working your way up from there.

Alternatively, try to just make it yourself. Maybe not as a feature length film, but as a short/comic/podcast/whatever, idk.

Producers have zero interest in books unless it's a best seller.

With a comic book it serves as storyboard to know exactly what they're paying for.

And make sure to actually deliver unlike Ethan Van Sciver.
