*game day decision
Went to the driving range recently for the first time in about 10 years, so I am now once again a lifelong golfchad
care to make a friendly bet on it?
He'll play, but it isn't confirmed. You Asians really are rabid about your own kind
Who you guys got this week? Cam Smith has got to be the favorite.
Phil bros how we feeling? I don't give a shit if an athlete wants to take money from the Saudis but a limited field breakaway tour would just feel like a a lame exhibition.
what are you having anons?
Pimento cheese, club and a coffee on the side.
bump
Sausage biscuit and a coffee for breakfast
Masters Club, some Peanuts and a bottled Water
Fruit and muffin for breakfast
Ham & cheese with some fruit
who hasn't said things they regret about saudis? the real victims in all of this are us, we are deprived of phil in the masters
Matsuyama's menu looks alright
Waffle House x Adidas golf spikes, need it or keep it?
$210 limited edition drip
I have mixed feelings on the waffle texture of the upper. I like the color and especially the syrupy sole
He legit said about an hour ago that right now he's all systems go for teeing it up Thursday.
Berger
Hovland
Ancer
Niemann
JT
Nope.
For me, it's GFore shoes or bust
Drop Niemann. He's paired with Tiger and won't be focused on his A game due to the swarm and circus.
So then not confirmed

masters club, some peanuts, a cookie and an iced tea
Those look comfy to walk in and a subtle colourway
I'd cop them and I've never even been to wafflehouse
I will be waiting for your concession on Thursday, make sure to post a picture of Corey Conners so I know it's you

Hideki with one of the better champions dinners I've ever seen.
This was Spieth's reaction to the menu
>you will never been an amateur who has to sleep in Augusta's Crows Nest
That A5 Japanese Wagyu beef in Hideki's menu is ~$250/lb
If you ever have the chance to try legit A5 Japanese Wagyu, do it. It is unlike any other beef you'll ever have. It's almost too rich though, I'd actually prefer a well-marbled dry aged strip steak. After the first few bites the fat and texture starts getting to me on the A5.
There's always a lefty in contention. Bubba could do it this year, but I'd bet on Harman to be the southpaw.
Absolutely love where Cam Smith's game is right now. He's my favorite to win. Lotta big names not playing particularly well right now tho. Cantlay, Bryson, Hideki, DJ, Koepka, and Xander have all been pretty mediocre this year. Tho it seems Xander should always contend here with his game.
It's also insane to me that Justin Thomas hasn't won this tournament yet. The course is almost built for him with the way he can create any shot needed. And it almost seems like he should be in that Champion's Dinner. He'll win multiple Masters in his career. If Cam Smith doesn't do it JT is my next fav.
kek based
Why would anyone go out golfing when they could just chill in that locker room?
They always say that, plus he says Augusta is his favourite course and master's his favourite event and all. But I've never seen him shine there. Idk if he puts too much pressure on himself or if the whole thing is just a meme. I remember one time my cousin tried to convince me that Oosthuizen was always a top contender at the masters because South Africans play well on that grass
He just has a hard time in majors. Outside of the PGA win there aren't many close calls either. I suspect he'll end up regarded as the best player of his generation but his major resume needs to improve.
Is the hinge and hold halal?
One of everything
Ahem… any Golf Rumors?
Ham&cheese and an iced tea
Much better than last years
Tiger is black
A5 wagyu is like the heroin of food. It's fucking nuts. After eating it food will taste so bland and empty for about a week
Completely serious post: Jordan Spieth will win the 2022 Masters.
I can see it. Past experience counts for a lot around Augusta.
Not a chance. His game is all over the place right now. He'll eventually get it together and win a few more majors, but it's not happening right now.
Hideki is a good example of how normal golfers careers go. Same with Patrick Cantlay. Everything aligns one year with their entire game and they build a career on that wave. But for most of their career it isn't aligned. Hediki and Cantlay are very good, but they're not good enough to still win when they're slightly off. Only a few dudes on tour who can do that.
Rahm, JT, Morikawa. Their baseline is high enough that all they need is a good putting week, good driving week, etc.
The all time greats like Tiger, Jack, Sneed and Hogan could beat everyone when none of their game is on.
I'm convinced Xander will never win shit. He's always sniffing the top 5-10 but always ends up crapping himself one way or another. The only way this seems to never get noticed is because he's never in the lead.
I didn't think he had the stones, but he literally won USA a gold at the Olympics. Probably not quite Augusta nerves, but it's really close. He's not as due at Augusta as JT, but he's close. And I think he's gonna win one.
Club, crackers and a Diet Coke pls
Meh, I wouldn't put the Olympics anywhere near the same level as a major, especially with no crowd and all the associated bullshit that year.
He hit a wedge stone ass dead with the gold medal for the United States on the line. I don't care what kinda crowd there was, it takes stones to hit that shot.
I'm not as high on Xander as some, but he's gonna win a major or two before it's over. And Augusta makes the most sense for his game.
Rahm hits fades, and he loves to bring up Jack who also hit fades, but Rahm is playing on a much more competitive PGA Tour. There's only a handful of holes where he needs it, but if he could just put a reliable controlled draw in his bag he could win this tournament so many times. Like half the holes set up perfectly for what he does. 13-14 are the ones that stick out for him needing that draw. Moves are made on the back nine.
Has anyone on Yea Forums ever went to the Masters and eaten the Egg Salad Sandwich? I've only read about how Godly it is, but never heard from someone who's actually eaten. Not far behind in the legendary status is their pimento cheese.
Also, don't they serve a Georgia Peach ice cream sandwich for like 2 dollars? Have heard a lot about it too.
Englishman here. Who should I root for?
And don't say Rory.
