Fake thread. Jannies, this thread is actually about the upcoming BOXING fight. The other one is made by and for heemlets.
Henry Carter
its not even fight night chud
Levi Jones
Yes, but it's better to have a thread that's gonna be up for a few days promoting that actual upcoming fight dipshit instead of some silly youtube meme. GGG/Murata is worth hyping up. Take your meme thread and go hang out with Rod if you want. I'll be here
How hard is the boomer seething rn. He HAS BEEN KEKED INTO POSTING IN A ROD THREAD HAHAHAHAHAHAA
Carson Thomas
Why is /box/ acting like Golovkin is facing some young hungry lion? Murata is old too
Connor Green
Would lose to Kovalev rn. How bad do you feel knowing this?
Daniel Nelson
Rod we know you have been down baaaaaad for months since all your favorite boxers got exposed as bums.
Seethe, seethe, seethe my boy.
Ayden Rodriguez
Murata isnt young, but there’s a big difference between 40 and 36. Golobkeen is in dinosaur territory.
Jeremiah Diaz
Seethe my boy
Brayden Wilson
Does anyone actually think this was real lol? Will Smith is a legit cuck and not ironically.
Blake Perry
This is nonsense. Manny Pacquiao, Klit and 55 year old Luis Ortiz say otherwise
Bentley Parker
I'm OP, surprised the jannies kept this one and deleted the Dutch one, pretty sure that one was made first
Caleb Mitchell
Heavyweights generally tend to have a bettet “life expectancy” in boxing.
As for guys like Manny Pacquiao, he’s an all time great, but he still got beat by Poogas in his early 40s.
GGG has not looked stellar in his past couple fights, and he’s been fairly inactive. Him being 40 should be a red flag for anyone. It’s cutting it dangerously close. He’s going to have to dig deep into his reserves.
John Morgan
Kovalev is the goat. How mad are u?
Logan Scott
That must make Canelo the *super* GOAT.
John Peterson
Fixed fights don't count mai dude. Such as Canelo and Ward 2.
Aiden Brown
Who will win?
Brody Thomas
>forcing rod to talk bad about Canelo to defend a slav Classic

Colton Murphy
But I don't use reddit By the way, is reddit down?
Angel Rogers
For me? Its South African users due to the prestige afforded to them by the legacy of Corrie Sanders.
GOATS don’t dive for cash. GOAT status has been revoked if he knowingly dived. If he lost fairly to Canelo, GOAT status has also been revoked. It’s a lose/lose outcome no matter how you spin it, slavaboos need to cope.
GOATS do dive for cash because boxing is a self serving sport. If it makes more sense to dive then you become the GOAT diver. Look at how dramatically he sold the Canelo Ko. Nigga went full ragdoll mode like GTA4.
Leo Morris
This is cope.
Gavin Anderson
ummm woah.... AM I THINKING BASED????
David Thompson
wtf i'm a lubinite now
Easton Clark
Threadly reminder that cRyan "QueenRy" Garsissy is a BUM!
There is nothing honorable about taking a dive to cash. Maybe an argument could be made like with Jake LaMotta taking a dive to get a championship shot, but that's different. He did that because he wanted to be champ.
Kovalev had the chance to go for glory but instead he went for cash. There is nothing commendable about taking a dive simply to get a little more pay. It's disgraceful is what it is, and anyone who defends it is coping.
The other scenario is that Kovalev lost fair and square to Canelo, but since no one wants to accept that, they want to play victim and act as if Kovalev was forced to dive or whatever. Fuck that. He should have fought for his life and put an end to Canelo. Maybe he did and he just lost. But if he really did dive as many of his fans suggest, then that is disgraceful because he did it for the entirely wrong reasons. That was his chance for glory. To rewrite the script. To rise true, to be a role model for boxing. Instead he's just a dirty cheater like the rest of them. That's not worthy of respect.
Ryan Fisher
racist.
Evan Brown

Why are you always simping for your boyfriend, you a man fan? One of them donnies?

Samuel Hall
>Mark Lyson has been appointed referee for Tyson Fury v Dillian Whyte on April 23. No UK judges as requested. Guido Cavalleri (Italy), Robert Tapper (Canada) and Juan Carlos Pelayo (Mexico).
Nice
Jaxson Bell
Pipe down I don't want the line moving
Jace Collins
Murata has a 72%+ KO ratio GGG a 83%+ KO ratio
Of course both guys have been inactive and are older, so their skills wont be as sharp. GGG's had UD's recently against Jacobs and Derevyanchenko (a very close fight with the latter). Murata's got more recent KOs but the longer layoff, slightly younger though.
GGG being 40 is a serious factor. I dont know how many times it needs to be repeated. Now that's no guarantee he'll lose. But he's not the same GGG. He hasn't been for a few fights.
It will be an interesting fight. I think someone will get dropped though.
Evan Taylor
looks like the cards are already stacked against the black man
Jack Ortiz
>Robert Tapper Is he a relative of Conor McTapper I wonder?
Tyler Clark
>people unironically think murata will win
Jack Baker
He wasn't 'forced' to dive. Its called a transaction. Kovalev had a belt, and enough immorality at that stage of his career to sell it. "fighting for his life" never equated into it. He's already done that. He was 36 and was ready to cash out his equity in boxing. If the new standard is morality, then sorry bucko, that doesn't exist in boxing. The lofty platitudes sold by the starmakers in boxing about 'legacy' and shit, are just marketing slogans. I will make a clear distinction. Kovalev went into both Ward fights with a clear fighting spirit looking to win and he won the first fight. There was a cultural difference he didn't understand going into the 2nd fight, mainly that in the East honor is still a thing. And he trusted in getting a fair shake in a rematch but after what happened to him in that fight he mentally checked out of boxing. Its important to establish that because it sets the conditions to where a once proud champion is willing to play the cashout game. Why would you give your all to a sport that betrayed you. Answer me that.
Ian Clark
>It will be an interesting fight. I think someone will get dropped though. thats why I think its gonna be interesting, its a shame it will air really early in the morning
Blake Hughes
they're trying to do le jinx. like that guy said last thread, ggg is taking that niggas teeth out.
All and all, i feel like the murata vs GGG fight will be kino. I feel like murata is going to go all out and just rushed it and try to land anything on GGG. This fight is entirely dependant on how GGG comes in fight night.
just hope that the ggg fight ends uo eclipsing the shitfest of the ryan fight
Xavier Mitchell
People will remember GGG vs Murata None of Ryan's ADD riddled zoomer fans can remember anything beyond the past 10 minutes. Nobody asked for a fight with some AfriCAN BUM. Still praying for Tagoe to spark the sissy out.
Colton Cook
Won the first and was winning the 2nd until Ward and the nigger ref looked the other way Cope and seethe mulatto
James Wilson
ggg was PUFFING in that szeremeta fight
Hudson Butler
reminder ward's legacy will be totally forgotten after cinnamon unifies 175, ward will never recover from that
Angel Murphy
I watched the max kikerman interview. Garcia seems like he's on a lot of drugs. Kikerman made a good point but it went over Garcia's head mainly that he sees him as another Victor Ortiz and I think this is true. Then I saw Tagoe's highlights and I'm pretty sure Garcia can win this. But at the world level he's not gonna make it. The guy is not even a real person. He's a transfag/social media bot
I feel like Goossen saw an opportunity to make a quick buck off the last few fights Ryan has left in his tank. The kid is going to fizzle out soon based on his previous comments about retiring early. Mental 'elf still in the shitter. Baby's mamas. He fucked up.
I think part of the frustrating thing with Ryan is he had a lot of untapped potential that he's just let go to waste, but honestly he's just a product of the times.
Joshua Rivera
go back
Levi Evans
Let's just hope we get some cripple kino of cRyan convulsing on the floor after having his skull shattered by one of them lw bucks.
Nathaniel Walker
But Conor McTapper is a boxer too you know! He got schooled by Mayweda, you don't remember that?
Luke Sanchez
DON'T SHOP IN THEIR SHOPS
Jaxson Cruz
Golovkin knocks Murata out.
James Thompson
With how quickly he got slammed to the floor against Pillowhands Luke? I foresee a brutal KO in the future, most definitely. Put him in there against the winner of Rolly vs Tank, lil sissyRy aint making it out of that one conscious.
The lack of an undercard for Fury-Whyte is fucking pathetic. Absolute shitshow organisation. UNIRONICALLY Eddie would've done a much better job of this. I wouldn't even be surprised if the fight gets canned
this isnt supposed to be a mega show at wembley tho
Joseph Torres
How do i ask my barber for the Caleb Plant cut?
Wyatt Evans
4 fights fell through, Jared included. Yarde is on the card according to Tunde, Tommy Fury is on it too.
I admit, I frankly don't care about the undercard unless someone was on it who I like but there won't be. Most undercards that look decent turn out shit, see Fury/Wilder 2 and Ortiz/Martin recently.
