What the hell are the Riddick movies even about?
Like the first one seems to be some serious sci=fi horror film. Then these others are like Riddick is some super hero?
Yeah, first one is a space western horror film. 2nd one is a space opera action film where he is turned into some kind of messianic hero. 3rd one had a severely reduced budget and was a blend of the 1st and 2nd, but more like the 1st. There's supposed to be a 4th and final one but who knows if it's even happening.

This is lowkey one of my favorite movies for no other reason than how preposterous everything is. What makes it even fucking crazier is that the real story of these men was so insane they actually had to tone it down to make it believable. Zhukov had so many medals he looked like a Christmas tree. His jacket in the movie doesn't do it justice.
