It's because Disney insisted on the usage of a 66GB disc for a 3 hour movie, resulting in a low bitrate. BR2049 used a 100GB disc, and so have nearly all movies with a similar runtime to Endgame
Also, they used the cropped version (not imax), what the fuck man? I want to see Captain Avenger Carol Danvers all glowing powerful gigantic like I saw her onscreen.
It's obvious a High Bitrate re-release will happen down the line eventually, so you double dip like the moron you are.
