it's alright

Yes. It's top tier cannibal horror.

yes.

is the sequel ok?

pretty good. only thing that really annoyed me were the mutants sneaking around like ninja.

I jerked off to the scene where she gets raped by one of the monsters.
In all seriousness, it's actually a surprisingly good horror movie. I thought it'd be cheesy and stupid, but it had a surprisingly very strong atmosphere that effectively built up tension, and some of the kill scenes are pretty messed up. I wasn't bored once, although it does start to get a bit uninteresting towards the end when the tension and mystery is gone and it's just about killing the monsters. I'd recommend it though. I might actually rewatch it sometime.

Yes, it's better than the original too.

I'm still bummed we never got to see the older sister's tits.

You have to figure they do a lot of hunting and are probably pretty stealthy.

No. The rape scene wasn't as cool, either.

It's terrible but in a sort of fun way. It's funnier if you know that there was a theatre in America somewhere that accidently showed the opening scene during a screening of Cars where a naked rape victim come cannibal mutant broodmother gives birth to a screaming mutant that's deformed so the head cannibal beats her to death. Parents were displeased

>accidentally

It is only those 2 that really sneak around right? The smarter leader and his brother that follows everywhere I do recall the sequel being a lot worse with the sneaky and letting them do always

Yeah...the gigantic one in the second movie just seems to appear out of nowhere every now and then.

its sucks 2 had some ok actors but they got a shit movie and really had nothing to save it no matter how food they acted I also like that movie with eliza dushku and the 3 inbred brothers

What is, or what makes, a good horror movie? Hills have Eyes is neither scary nor tense. It glorifies its violence and ends up being torture porn, the only real purpose is crossing the line as far as possible and making it "visually pleasing" to see some woman get raped by mutants or some dude get burned alive. If you like that, it's good because it's not a bad looking film really. If you want something like TCM, something of actual value, then this ain't it. Also, the kid mutant scenes are utterly retarded and end up being comedy gold.

I remember the huge titties

It had surprisingly rich lore

Wrong Turn was pretty good, yeah.

It was the compelling story of a weak man who found strength when confronted with the dangers of savages.
If you didn't find the end tense, you're nervous system is broken.

that's pretty awesome

What's the deal with all the rape?

A bunch of mutants with few sexual outlets are probably going to rape the (much hotter) women of another tribe that steps onto their land.
Plus, the second movie indicates that they're so fucked up at this point, they can barely manage breeding viable offspring with non-mutant women. So mutant-on-mutant relations was probably even dicier.

it was good if you didn't watch haute tension and expected quality gore from aja

i mean, good for him, he can make bottom of the barrel gore fiction and hha proves it

This is no longer Raven

HHE needs more films. The original and the remake are basically the same, the original sequel is an admitted cashgrab and the sequel remake is just boring. Cannibal mutants is a great premise, they could do a lot with that

Reminder that this actually happened in Scotland except there was no radiation, just a fucked up clansman getting by on rape and cannibalism.

The One True Scotsman...

¡The Hills Have Ayes!

Not eating your enemies seems like a pretty insane move to me.

crazy that only a hundred something years ago people laughed at the thought of washing your hands to stop germs spreading and the guy who did find out went insane and died in a asylum after his wife had him committed because no one believed him
