I do notice this in modern tv and movies. It happens both with pirated DVD/BR rips, and on Netflix, and it happens both on regular flatscreen TVs and on computers hooked up to stereo equipment.
Some anons itt are saying its stereo vs 5pt surround but i dont think its that simple. I think its the media. Havent people noticed this in Nolan movies across the board?
