House of cards

How come Stamper had more sex than the other characters in the show? Was Michael Kelly best friends with the screenwriters?

What were they thinking when they revealed that Franks monologues were actually an audio diary which he had kept?

They obviously ran out of ideas after the first season.

Are you shitting me

Whats the final scene of the series??

I think the show was really good until the end of the second season. The guy playing the Russian president tried to impersonate Hannibal Lecter too much and I think the fourth season was a real drag. The dream sequences did not add anything to the story in my opinion. Fifth season was also pretty good, but they really shat the bed with the sixth season.

Pregnant Claire kills Stamper in the Oval Office. Then she turns to the camera and says "no more pain".

No I'm not, Claire starts breaking the fourth wall and even Doug does it in the last episodes.

Are you FUCKING shitting me? I stopped watching halfway through Season 3. Stamper was always my favorite character too. Does he really end up having a lot of sex? The show must have really ruined his character and Claire.

I think that they were just trying to say that if you are pretty important in D.C. but still maintain kind of a low public profile then basically tons of sex will be available to you. Makes sense considering the central focal point of the city is a giant white dong that is reflected into the proverbial negative space i.e. vagina

........HAHAHAHAHAHAHA WHATTTTTTTTTTT

>pregnant
Lol. How many pregnant women in their fifties have you guys seen?

>it's real

Yeah, I've heard the joke that DC is Hollywood for ugly people. Sex blackmail is also a big plot point in the earlier seasons, but Franks style of bullying and blackmailing allies got old after a while from a storytelling perspective.

>The guy playing the Russian president tried to impersonate Hannibal Lecter too much
The guy who played the Russian president is the brother of Mads Mikkelsen, who played Hannibal Lecter in the TV show.

imagine how autistic the next generation is. their mothers will all be drug addicted alcoholics with body counts upward of 500

lmfao

It makes much more sense now, thanks user!

Hey that's the guy who drives the car when the FBI agent pukes before Material kicks in at the intro to season 6 of The Sopranos

>when your show is about high government corruption and nation-destroying egotism but then you attempt to change the main character to a female in the name of progressivism

>empty space represents the vagina
Horny lad

>Everyone works 16 hour days
>Get out of bed and to the office 100% dressed/makeup

I'm so glad I never bothered with the Claire season.

Is that a PlayStation Vita by Sony?

They dropped Spacey due to the allegations and the atmosphere of the #metoo hysteria.

The sixth season wasn't as woke as the trailers would've let you believe, but there was more feminism in the show than before - which was jarring because previously the show had been much more cynical (except for the episode where Pussy Riot appears). Also, the flashback sequences that tried to humanize Claire were dumb, as she was already a corrupt murderer at that point of the show.

Yeah obviously thats why they got rid of Spacey, it was cringe to watch them retcon Claire's character into a divinely entitled martyr who was inherently superior for being female, in parallel to people's shifting interpretations of Hillary Clinton in a show about the corruption and conspiracy of a specifically Clinton-like couple.

I don't think they made her a martyr, they made her look unhinged as she was willing to use nukes and she had so many of her enemies murdered. That is why these flashbacks of her being bullied by the boys as a kid felt so jarring.

He did get a lot of pussy for a psycho. But he paid for half of it

SEVENTEEN!

The show made their lives look awful. Extremely long workdays, constant scrutiny and paranoia, no friends, no family and almost no time for hobbies.

Stamper was a Chad but not quite. He was an alt-Chad. I'm not sure what you'd call his archetype.

The show went into the trash as soon as Robin Wright was given creative license.

He was a black-pilled chad.
Ok, but was showing his penis really necessary?

Who were your least favorite and favorite charactes in the show?

For me it was Seth, he was slimy, pudgy and unlikeable character with no real story arc. LeAnn was also an empty (pant)suit. Mark Usher was also an annoying mumbler with no bite.

My favorite characters were Frank, Stamper and Hammerschmidt.

Hammerschmidt was the one that surprised me most, made season 3 somewhat watchable.
My least favorite would be the journalist guy from the same season

>Giant white dong
>Vagina reflecting pool

Absolutely based and redpilled

my favorite was meechum until frank and claire fucked him

my favorite was meechum until he died ;_;

The Brit show was better. Only those who haven't seen it will claim otherwise.

Because godfather thought he did a shit-hot job on calling in those air-strikes.

Has any series had a bigger fall from grace than this one?
The first couple seasons were excellent political kino, seeing what it became in 5 and 6 is mindblowingly bad.

Frank got to play with his Playstation 3 and PA Vita every now and then, they should have kept him using them onboard Air Force One as a running joke.

He is highly desireable to women due to his reputation for tactically taking out hajjis with only minimal civilian casualties.

Favorite: Raymond Tusk or Frank
I always digged how Tusk was an evil Warren Buffett whose only real goal was making himself more powerful despite his modest lifestyle at home.

Least favorite would be Claire in Season 3 and beyond, I fucking hated her for ruining that Russian summit.

Honorable mention goes to the rib shop dude, his scenes with Frank were comfy.

Yeah, I liked the recurring theme of how the Underwoods ruined everyone who got too close to them.

Best character after Frank was George Hearst 2014.

>Hammerschmidt looking into Zoe's death and her involvement with Frank
>Kept focusing on his dog
>Nervous the whole series that Frank would kill it or something

oh shit is the claire season out? How badly did they fuck it up?
Can't be any worse than s3

I didn't watch the last season (and don't plan to) after they booted based Kevin Spacey. Someone spill the plot please, how does this shitshow end?

he got to fuck that jew girl and her perfect tits
pretty jelly desu

Tusk was a based

The scene where he crushes the bird was kino

Cвятaя Mapия мaтepь Бoжия

>well Cathy, looks like you're going to have to...take the fall

What the FUCK were they thinking

HELP HELP
THE SECRETARY HAS FALLEN

Why would they kill so many people ?
That number sounds like bullshit

Tell me this is made up.

That was so ridiculous I was honestly expecting to hear her yell "What the fuck, Frank?"

>when they started introducing unlikable characters, spend hours on them in the season, and then they'd disappear forever

remember that pool reporter that was in a relationship with some black white house staffer

Imagine actually having a favorite character on a shitty show.

Lmao it's fucking real youtu.be/3at6HQ55R6w
