Should I watch this?
Should I watch this?
Watch 2001 and Solaris first
This. Interstellar is still worth a watch
Yes, it's one of the best films of the last years.
yes, you should watch it but don't forget to dislike it.
Nolan desperately tried making his own 2001 and
failed miserably don't recommend watching this garbage
Love literally is the fifth fundamental universal force, working in a similar manner to gravity. If such retardation in what was supposed to be a hard sci-fi movie doesn't make you retch in utter disgust, then go ahead.
Just watch 2001. Saw this first then 2001 and holy shit it's like a bad rip off with no soul. Usually I like Nolan bit this was a shit show.
The only decent character in the film is a robot made of boxes.
Confirmed for being an absolute fucking brainlet
The climax literally depends on love being a physical force, it's how Cooper managed to navigate throught the pocket dimension.
It was pretty good. You should have seen it in theaters. The soundtrack works best when really loud like all Zimmer scores.
The plot gets a bit out there in the end though.
You fucking idiot. You literally dont understand the plot.
no it sucks
Interstellar would have been better without the pointless antagonist in the middle, and yes, without that love crap. Still a pretty good movie, though.
yes. wish i would have seen it in theaters though.
>you just dun geddit
No. It takes the most powerful and frightening thing in the cosmos and says it's actually a warm fuzzy thing that will help us beat republicans in the next election.
Interstellar is very good. It has some weird plot holes and some bits of dialogue that don't make sense. But just watch the movie and take what it tells you for granted and it's p good
moron. Yes, love of his daughter and their established bond is what allowed her to find his message and allowed him to send it. But it's not that love is a physical force, it's the connective tissue between people who might be separated by literally infinite time and space. He cared for his daughter and she was very much like him and that mutual understanding of one another that they developed, that trust (and the help of higher dimensional beings) made them the perfect pair to connect physically through the vastness of space and time.
Think of love as the theme rather than a physical force you could pick up on a love-o-meter
Alot of people seem to like it but I couldn't stand the dialogue and the exposition. Astronauts do not talk like that.
Cringey Muttfilm for scientifically illiterate Millennials who wear BAZINGA! t-shirts
No
Thise gif meme is superior to the entire fucking movie.
Spoiler: it sounds still fucking retarded
It was worth watching for MacKenzie.
They weren't astronauts, it was 3 scientists and a pilot
Forgive my ignorance but how is interstellar similar to 2001? I havnt seen either in a long time but i remember 2001 not containing quantum physics and seemed mostly metaphorical.
yes but stop watching when cunny grows up
>be the year when interstellar came to theaters
>dad buys tickets for me and sister
>be 26
>sister is 20
>be halfway through the movie
>scene with love is a dimension scene rolls in
>roastie is tear eyed delivering it
>sister slams her elbow in my torso asking “ARE YOU SEEING THIS”
>she has tears in her eyes
>be end of movie
>sister is ballin
>”I cant tell you how important his movie will be for mankind”
what did she mean by this?
Great movie. It is about as comparible to 2001 a space odyssey as it is to starwars
and Jurrasic park. Gotta watch that first as well.
