No it isn't, my cousin's dad works for Nintendo and I saw it.

This is one of those epsiode you pretty much NEVER saw as a kid because it aired with a holiday special epsiode, in this case the scaredy pants halloween one.
The other epsiode like this is the epsiode with the piece of paper, that only aired with the valentine's day epsiode.

Yeah at the end Squidward gets turned into a snail too I don't know anything about it being banned though.

The most kino banned Spongebob scenes are the gasoline explosions in Just One Bite and the Spongebob's daydream about a real-life crash test car crashing into a wall in Procrastination.

The Paper episode is one of the best
I've also never seen the House Party episode or the one where Spongebob learns to fly until I rewatched the series this year
