That's Houston, Texas in the background. I'm from there.

>Louis Theroux’s Wacky Races: A Sideways Glance At America’s Ethnic Minorities

I know it was the early 2000s but it’s crazy to think that the BBC greenlighted this

>Louis Theroux spends time with American women working in Houston's illegal sex industry and explores the often complex dynamic between prostitute and pimp
Do you make an appearance?

louis and the zionist lizard shadow government that rules the world.
oh wait, someone pulled the plug on it before it aired.
HHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM...

no it isn't.

>it's a /fit/ episode

wow cool dude

his early weird weekends. theroux doing serious stuff doesn't really work

This whole episode was hilarious.

Which one really had the most impact on you?
The medicated kids one really made me hate san fransisco.

When he got groomed by Jimmy Savile.

Isn't all of the US like that though? Every single American I speak to online is on at least one kind of mental health drug.

That's because you mainly talk to trannies

Nah.

The issue is that the backlash against asylums and their abuse was so vicious and horrified in the US compared to other Anglo countries that did the same shit, that we basically dismantled all actual institutions capable of helping people. They weren't reorganized, they were just all shut down entirely, and the entire field of psychotherapy discredited to the point of becoming a joke.

There is nowhere you can go outside of major metropolitan areas in order to see a specialist in mental health, and they're in such short supply that you'll have to wait two years and bankrupt yourself to actually see them.

So we prescribe drugs from general physicians because maybe it will help, and because even """progressive""" politicians show literally no interest in incentivizing people to become therapists or rebuild that field.

The one where he defends Leaving Neverland without researching its obviously dubious claims.

>it's another brit who couldn't make it in his own country has to resort to pretending to sound smart about america because hating america is always in vogue episode

>works for the bbc
>didn't make it
what are you on about

Interesting. Thanks user.

Yes, every American you speak to has a 1/10 change of being on anti-depressants alone. Then there are all the other drugs too.

I would unironically like to see Louis explore some of the issues in the UK, because we've got plenty to go around

I just drink. Told me I had to quit, but I wanna die without having to blow my brains out. So all good.

His one on the alcoholics was good. I hope the perrier kid is back on track.

He seemed to be doing okay but he hasn't tweeted since new years so who knows
