Make the Fremen all black or all white or all brown. It's illogical to believe that a homogenous people who have existed for so long would still have racially distinct people. It's highly implausible to even believe that, by then even humans in general would still have distinct races.

If the message is that we continue into this mixed future, then everyone is just some roughly similar shade of brown. But they won't do that. They'll have lily white people beside tar black people and pretend that somehow there are still races. It makes no sense in the context of the universe unless you say that they branched into new distinct types after settling a world thousands of years before, in which case each planet would have its unique race, but still be the same within.
