I always get "triggered" by this gif, you must be a complete moron to see nothing more behind the "House Formula". The depth the characters reach have no comparison to any other series, all of it culminating in absolute kino called Wilson's Heart and House's Head, the best TV episodes to have ever aired on tv.

Haha yeah I may have taken this a bit to serious. Even though House like any series has it weaknesses I just always find it unfair that people starting to call it boring for its "generic" formula. It is SO much more than that and Hugh's and Roberts's performance was just phenomenal.

Just started rewatching and it’s fun to encounter stuff that wouldn’t fly today, like Chase distracting the scared kid with Cameron’s tits

I still watch this series all the time. It's one of my favorites.

Can't say that they got everything right, but damn was watching this show fun. The hours suck, work is challenging, most of the patients are chronically ill disasters, you spend a ton of time charting and chasing down bullshit, and everything is your fault.

However, every now and then you get a super sick previously healthy patient out of nowhere and working them up and nailing the diagnosis is so damn fun.

This show is nationally syndicated and "House" is still a reference that most people over 25 understand. Also Hugh Laurie will star in the new Iannucci HBO comedy, which is supposedly going to be The Love Boat in space. (Sounds lame, but only a fool would doubt Iannucci.) OP is dumb.

I want to rewatch house but the last season is just so fucking depressing. Right down to the lighting on the sets it's just so hard to watch.

He was so good, it felt like a cop out that he lost in the end just so there could be a happy ending.

This was one of the rare occasions where I got the answer before the characters. I'm pretty brainlet but the second Chase did his hypnotism I knew where it was going so the first time I ever saw that episode it was extremely depressing.
Absolute kino though, Wilson deserved a happy ending with Amber, should have known House would ruin that for him

House IS formulaic. But there’s nothing wrong with that.
I think the meme is hilarious as someone who has watched every episode ten times, at least. But it does give an impression of House that isn’t totally accurate, because it loses the human element.
House for example (and I’m not ashamed to admit this) has made me cry several times. When it wants to tug on your heart strings it really does. Wilson’s Heart like you said is basically like cutting onions for me.

I just want a one off episode where Chase's team work a particularly hard diagnosis where they call 13- who's late stage Huntington's afflicted- so she can help one last time. I remember the threads back when the show was still on and it was fun to watch it with Yea Forums.
