This is limbo. You're trapped here. You know it is bad, and in theory you can quit, but you won't. It's destroying you. Slowly and very subtle. You wither and waste away. You should be doing something productive to make your way towards real happiness, but that's a long, hard way and kinda scary. Like a heroin addict that chooses the illusion of happiness that is the next high over facing reality. And it works like a charm. You're still here. The only time it doesn't, is right before sleep. Those minutes between turning off the computer and escaping into the sweep release of the dream world. When you have to face it. All the failures, all the memories and thoughts coming crashing down onto you, so much that you vow that tomorrow you will start changing. But you never do. It's 4pm, and you're here again.

I feel you user, I did no4chan for two weeks, the first days where hard but then you find something else to distract yourself. Try your hardest the first days and find something productive to do so you dont replace 4channel with something like youtube. You will find yourself with a lot of free time and more intuition to do other things

I typed this and then the thread got pruned. I'm forced to leave this here. I've been going to the supermarket multiple times a week. The girl there at the register is really cute. I always ask for a certain brand of cigarettes (The ones located at the lowest point) .She turns her back, pulls her jeans up and goes for the cigarettes. She does it in an obvious manner, theatrical. It's my highlight of the day. I've been thinking about asking her out for over three months now. What if she says no?
