Also who were the best villains?

For me it was:
Geoffrey Rush > Ian McShane > Bill Nighy = Tom Hollander > Javier Bardem

The first trilogy was all kino. At World's End was a plebfilter.

>select all images with boats

Shit taste

Attached: davy-jones-pirates-of-the-caribbean.jpg (1182x802, 747K)

As a whole its complete shit. As a single stand alone film the first movie is comparable to Brandon Frasiers the Mummy as a lighthearted comedic action adventure

why rum go?

1 >>> 3 > 2 >>>>>>>>> 4

The first one is fun.

1-2 are brilliant fun movies.
3 is decent but a bit long.
4-5 are meh, okay I suppose.

The first one is an all time great. I can still watch it and enjoy it a lot.

2 is not a 'brilliant fun movie'

The first is far better than the Mummy.

Curse of the Black Pearl is on the god tier of the best adventure movies with Brendan Fraser's The Mummy and Nicolas Cage's National Treasure . For some reason they can all be watched countless times.

The rest are decent visual movies with great casts.

Why aren't movies like them made anymore?

Is National Treasure really that good?

1>3>2>5>4

The original trilogy is fun. Never watched past those, felt pointless desu

Well me and the flat mates had a great time watching it. But opinions and all that

yes. watch it.

1>4>2>3>5

Swap 3 and 4 and you're golden

1 was good, 2 is alright but it's saved by Davy Jones

theyre pretty fuckin kino

What are some more adventure kinos?

They are all kino, but of different calibers. The first one is the best by most peoples standards, I like it a lot too, but I also like the 2nd one a lot where they have the 3 way fight. The 3rd one was where it started to really drop off and Davy Jones as a whole just kindof felt like a step down from like Norrington or Sparrow or Barbarossa as villains even tho he was entirely kino as well

no

1 is the last time Disney made a solid action movie with great characters, plot motivation and story telling. With great visual comedy.

Dead mans chest is more or less the same.

Worlds end ups the scale on the supernatural aspect. But it’s way too long, and came out way too soon after dead mans chest.

4 is enjoyable only for Blackbeard and the scenes with Depp and rush. Otherwise it’s better if you get drunk before watching

Dead men tell no tales/Salazar’s revenge is the mad max fury road of the series. None of the characters are any good, and the villain Salazar is the only redeeming quality. But his motivation is because he got bested by a younger jack sparrow and sells his soul to Poseidon

pleb

Call me a pleb but I really liked 4, mainly because because of Barbossa. The scene with him and Jack tied up under the palm tree drinking from his peg leg and telling his story was my favorite in the whole series.

It was fun

All of them were fantastic except for 4,

this

The Curse of the Black Pearl is great, Dead Man's Chest has the best villain and effects, At World's End is cool

Haven't seen 4 and 5, don't want to

Great villain and god tier cgi. He's entertaining even with the mocap suit alone.

They don't make them anymore, unless capeshit is considered as adventure

>Otherwise it’s better if you get drunk before watching
This is true for all of them.

The first is the only one which features actual raiding/pillaging activity which is cool. The rest of the series they just refer to themselves as pirates with no pirating activity. The first film is great the rest had potential but Disney is against taking risks (outside of Star Wars) and the series suffered for that

Nighy is underrated

I envy you if you haven’t actually seen it. It’s a lot of fun

The first film is great. 2-3 are almost great but feel rushed and messy. 4-5 are awful.

He was also great in pic related.

Attached: 51Cg6lDu9QL.jpg (338x500, 50K)

awful is a bit of an exaggeration

bump

The first three are classics. The fourth one has enough of barbarossa being a gigantic ham to make it watchable. The last one is memorable for that buck toothed english biddy.

Attached: geoffrey rush.jpg (1280x720, 65K)

YAGSBARRO

One is an amazing action adventure film and will stand the test of time. 2 and 3 were a noticeable decline in quality, but still fun. 4 and 5 kind that trend but slide over into the shit category.

Don't listen to the uppity pricks, 1-3 are all absolute pirate kino.

4 drops off a cliff into a pit of dogshit, and 5 burrows through to the center of the earth to rest in a dog-shit covered hell.

1 is a genuine classic
2 is fine but suffers from the fact that it's mostly setup
3 is a confusing mess the first time you watch it, but gets better as you rewatch it and is actually extremely good once you know what's going on. I like overstuffed movies, so I actually think I like it better than 1 now, since I can spend each scene analyzing how each character is attempting to advance their own goals, all of which are very individual and very different from each other
4 is bad and couldn't even be saved by Ian McShane
5 is genuinely unwatchable

On Stranger Tides remains underrated.

They've got great production design and visuals for the most part. Most of the sets and CGI are pretty seamlessly integrated, aesthetically puts many modern blockbusters to shame.

Why is Dead Men Tell No Tale's so underrated?

That great young Jack scene and Barbossa's end: youtube.com/watch?v=AVUeWyvOCHM

Attached: kaya-pirates.jpg (1920x800, 296K)

It's not under rated. It's a terrible fucking movie full of nonsensical plot points, reversion of character growth, and obvious scraping from the bottom of the barrel for ideas. "Barbossa's secret long lost kid" is such a shitty idea and every scene they had together was painful as he acted circles around her miserable performance

Because the discount keira nightly feminist and clueless retarded 10 year old legolas ruin the movie in its entirety. Not to mention the writing is fucking awful.

I really liked the porno

>find out it's an american series based on an amusement park ride

For some reason I always thought it was British and based on a classic book like The Jungle Book, Robinson Crusoe, or Alice in Wonderland. Was I the only one?

1 is an incredible adventure movie, easily on par with the first Indiana Jones
2 is a great sequel, albeit a slight step down
3 is a mixed bag, at least it wraps up the story well and has some cool action sequences
4 is atrocious, literally can't remember a thing about it besides the cool sequence where the mermaids are fucking up the sailors one at a time. Feels like a cheap spinoff of the original trilogy.
5 was honestly OK. Still unremarkable but at least more enjoyable than 4

4 also has the escape from the king near the beginning that I rather liked. What the fuck does 5 have? The fucking guillotine comedy routine?

youtube.com/watch?v=6TUXbS5meZw

>Only God can grant eternal life, not these pagan waters. Men, destroy this profane temple!
>You are a fool! You seek in this place what only faith can provide.

I wonder why some people didn't like On Stranger Tides that much. Hmmm..

1- good
2,3 - ok
4 - trash
5 - meh...

the first film is genuinely a classic action movie

Dead Man's Chest is fun and interesting but ultimately it isn't a self-contained story so it's short of being a great follow up.

Yarg Sparrow was surprisingly fun. All the rest are garbage.

Not nearly as good as Black Pearl but I’d call it a very respectable 7

It's a good anti climax, but the film as a whole just doesn't work

>stranger tides
>underrated
>discount Pintel and ragheti
>entirely pointless mermaid subplot that has zero payoff

Only barbossa and Blackbeard were kino. But jack isn’t enough to carry the movie on his own, and it shows in 5

Everything with the Spaniard ghosts was neat

>that scene where they ride the mill wheel while sword fighting
why was that fucking like 15 minutes long?
>select all boats. hmmm.

What did you guys think about the maelstrom scene?

Attached: maelstrom-battle.jpg (1280x720, 196K)

in the final battle in 3, my only thought was "wow they still have pirates professionally manning the cannons"

see

Pretty damn cool set piece for a climax

well done
all scenes with davy jones are great
youtube.com/watch?v=gBKNK9FWD9g

The first one is a ton of fun.

1: a beautiful masterpiece
2: also very good but not as good as the first one
3. Not good writing in particular but great action scenes and a nice wrap up to the trilogy
4. Pretty bad but it had its enjoyable moments
5. I got bored halfway into the movie

based

>the mad max fury road of the series

so it's one of the best movies released in the last decade? that doesn't really track, i remember the films after the third one being almost laughably terrible.

curse of the black pearl was the only good one since jack sparrow was kept pretty cool throughout. the follow up movies, especially after the trilogy turned him into a fucking clown

>The kraken is an unstoppable monster that kills jack
>he gets brought back from the dead in the opening sequence
>kraken is killed off screen
O-okay, what the fuck was the point of any of that then?
2 and 3 could have easily been combined into one movie.

AH LURST BYERD

To build up the rise of the EIC as the death of adventure

It was fantastic at first, and just got progressively worse.

I loved this bit, basically the only redeeming feature of the plot at least was hardcore catholic Spainiards blowing up pagan stuff. Kind of funny and appropriate.

Nah, johnny Depp is max and is merely a passenger in the progression of the movie. Despite being the MC it’s obviously the girl who is the MC

It's lazy writing because they painted themselves in a corner with an unstoppable threat. Don't try to french it up.

Curse of the Black Pearl is the only out and out good one with a nice, contained story with strong characters, fun action setpieces, enjoyable comedy, and a brisk plot.

The series cannibalized itself by trying to go bigger and more epic with every movie, but the writing got really stale and everything after the first one is too self-serious for how silly it is and they just keep referencing the same jokes over and over again instead of making new ones.

The second one is still a technical marvel though. Davy Jones looks fucking incredible, even today.

First two are still very good, the third kind of a mess, fourth one is ok, all i remember from last one is Yag sparro

bump

I thought it was British too, most of the cast is after all

I loved the first one. I was hyped for the sequel. The lukewarm reception by critics had me concerned but I figured it would still be a good time. I came away disappointed. It's a decent flick, but it failed to capture the magic of the first one. The worst part was how much Depp changed the characterization of Sparrow. He flanderized him completely.

I think the reason for that was because Depp interpreted a "serious character" (as he was originally envisioned and written) with his own comic spin on it in the first movie. Then the writers decided they needed to write the character how Depp had acted in the first movie for the sequels. So now his interpretation is of the writer's interpretation of his interpretation. As you can see, this only leads to the ruination of his character.

It's certifiable cagekino.

>5 was honestly OK
The lighting was TERRIBLE and a lot of stuff looked much cheaper than in the previous movies (and that may have been a consequence of the lighting).

It probably didn't help that about a third of the budget ($90 million) alone was Depp's paycheque.

Why is the main theme so fucking good, who puts that much effort into what might as well be a cash grab movie

Attached: 1554447027461.png (400x399, 214K)

The first one is honestly kino. A really fun film you can throw on anytime. Never feels old. The other movies are meh. Each has their moments but aren't worth a watch unless you're invested in the series.

Hans Zimmer is supremely talented, even the guys he mentored have become amazing composers in their own rights, despite being so similar to his styles that you'd probably never guess that he didn't write them (the Pirates of the Carribean theme was by Klaus Badelt)

Zimmer is an absolute genius and, for some reason, everybody in the film production really wanted this film to be kino as possible.

Jack Sparrow hard Carrie's these shit movies

>who puts that much effort into what might as well be a cash grab movie
His name is Klaus Badelt. Even this trash mobile game has a pretty solid score by him:
soundtrackfest.com/en/micro/video-klaus-badelt-behind-the-music-of-the-game-lords-mobile/

Hans Zimmer is the Thomas Edison of the music composing world. He just teams up with someone and slaps his name on stuff for marketing.

Kiera, Penelope, or Kaya?

It’s a lot better than expected. I remember seeing the trailer for it when it was new and having absolutely no interest in watching it. Then years later it was on TV and I accidentally watched a few minutes of it and it totally hooked me in and I ended up watching the whole thing.

>For some reason they can all be watched countless times.
What makes them infinitely rewatchable?

How can they successfully resurrect the series? It seems too good to let die.

Depp is too expensive and crazy to keep and the stories just kept crawling further and further up the characters' arses, they just need to find someone to replace him and make more 'pirates and good guys both hunt for the mythological MacGuffin' stories with humour and swashbuckling action.

I'm not too sure who that could be though, they'd have to be talented but cheap, a bit younger and somebody who could draw an audience. Maybe David Tennant?

I love the first three films on ironically everything after that was shit though

I think its the director falling in love with hans zimmer's gladiator theme and then hans going...fuck it, retool it to sound somewhat different. Both are good tho

I love the first through filmed unironically

What about a series about young jack and barbossa

Id rank it
2>1>3>4>5

3 would be top tier if they broke it into 2 movies. They just tried to fit too much into one and then failed to really develop any of the pirate lords outside of cameos and them shaking fists.

I know 2 is a mixed bag in some books but its one of my favorite fight scenes with a free for all. My problem with one is when the curse was active you couldnt kill each other. I mean they kind of poked fun of that but it really took the stakes off the final fight. Most of 2 is below 1 but god damn do i love that sword fight.

4 was just them phoning it in it should not have been made but its ok to watch while drunk. 5 is garbage outside of the yagg sparrow memes. The feminist daughter isnt strong like Elizabeth shes annoying and every scene she is in is cringe. I get it shes like emma watson probably fantastic at giving blowjobs to the right director but cant act for shit. Shes just there to look pretty but everytime she opens her mouth that vanishes in an instance.

RAVEN LOCKS SWAY, ON THE OCEAN BREEZE

Attached: news_0511_lonelyisland_bolton.jpg (500x275, 18K)

First one is great fun throughout, can be viewed stand-alone-y. Second one, I think it's meant to be viewed as the Empire Strikes Back of the trilogy and a lot of people really like it, it didn't do anything for me. It set up things for the sequel nicely, but characters just felt off. I GUESS they just evolved overtime, but everyone became kind of a jackass, especially Elizabeth. Third movie, honestly, I think it's roughly the same as second one but just with bigger spectacle, but it really does look spectacular. It also went even further into the weird pirate magic and had some clever moments, but the writing is so heavy the ship is literally sinking, trimming 20-30 minutes from it would've been for the better. But the ending for the villain, it's worth it.

Rest don't matter.

kino trilogy, except for the whole armada sequence, not the maelstrom battle though, that was pretty kino too putting your colors up then just waiting in the backline while the black pearl wins against the dutchman and the endeavor is a bad fucking move, same goes for the rest of the armada when they decided to fuck off after the endeavor got bombed to shit
everything else is unnecessary filler

Barbossa > Jack

inb4 butthurt

Good family fun and nothing much more

1st was amazing. second was cool with a great sword fight and cliff hanger ending. 3rd sucked. i expected it to blow it out the water. 4th one... we don’t talk about it. and 5th was a nice throwback. it just sucked that barbossa died. like.. he was ruthless. and now has a heart? plus it was nice to see Will elizabeth and possibly Davy jones

if they somehow reboot it without Johnny, i won’t see it

Great, decent, watchable, good Geoffrey Rush scenes in a bad movie, shit.

Jack becoming the main character ruined all the sequels

I cant take 5 seriously with how fucked Depp was irl..

He did a hospital visit a few months back and looked good again in the get up. I want a proper send off.

The individual elements are ridiculous or utter shit but somehow the final product is this insane adventure that tricks you into having fun

It wasn't old?

2-3 and 5 are kino
1 isn't as good as people remember but gets a pass because it was the first
4 is trash

They are not the way I wish the pirate genre had survived. I didn't want supernatural aspects in the story. Not because of fedora, but because monsters are a cheap way to make antagonists.

such a weird noughties outfit

the armada was kinda meh for me personally. I was also salty some of the pirates were from such lame rando places, two east asian one south asian kinda, the french one was a weirdo. Not really cool, could have been better

Fucking pleb detected. He's been great in several roles. He's an incredible actor when he's allowed to be and he does not give a FUCK, which is part of what makes him so good. He can inhabit a role completely. You need to watch more of his movies.
My personal favorite role of his is in the 2010 Bad Lieutenant.

HE'S A RETARD FOR DUMPING HIS FRENCH WIFE AND HOOKING UP WITH A BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDERED WHORE.

The first three are actually good, with the first one being best and the two sequals being down grades, but good in their own right. The fourth one is already quite meh... But watchableand enjoyable.

The last one however... Oh no no no no, it's fucking terrible, The new cast is unmemorable, Jack's character was pretty heavily assasinated, no Will, no Elizabeth and Javier's role as Salazar was gimped as well; he is a good actor, but the writing is utter dog shit so he doesn't have much to work with.

I had this feeling with the last 2 movies but especially the last one where he was just a dumb motherfucker.

At least in the first two he was pretty fucking smart but put up a facade. The 5th one really ruined everything and I only watch it until the 4th one, which is okayish.

The first few films are fun for all the family, and I mean that in the best way possible. Just really good, fun adventure flicks, that never take themselves too seriously, instead choosing to amp it all up to 10 for the sake of the spectacle. Wasn't a huge fan of the last 2 but there are worse ways to spend 2 hours.

The CGI for Davy Jones is all the more impressive when you learn just how last minute it all was. The main villain in 2 was originally going to be based off of modern Somalian pirates, with a homage paid to Captain Phillips, which was originally due to be released around the same time; our first scene with the villain was to feature him stepping over a corpse that looked suspiciously like a Captain Phillips (or, perhaps it would have been an Admiral Phillips). Anyway, if you watch the film again you will notice some odd references that don't quite align with Davy Jones; this is due to them realising very late in production that Bill Nighy isn't Somalian. Alarms were first raised one evening when filming a scene in which Nighy was supposed to have Keira Knightley restrained by his crew before raping her relentlessly in a scene described as "genuinely harrowing, and totally in contrast with the light hearted nature of the rest of the film". However, as filming progressed the crew were horrified to see that Nighy neither had an abnormally large member nor was he completely at ease raping a Western white women. Several days and a blood test later, confirmation came in that Bill Nighy was indeed, not Somalian.

Reeling from their mistake, the production went into lockdown. Despite their initial fuck up, they really did manage to turn it around, and a few script irregularities aside, it's my second favourite after the first one.

Dead Man's Chest is a legit good movie that gets better on rewatches, the rest of the series is meh don't care.

great at what they want to do, to be a fun action adventure

there is a decline after the first but the whole first trilogy is still bretty good

This, except Dead Man's Chest was pretty good, too.

At World's End has really sullied the legacy of the first film, which truly is a classic of adventure films. So fucking good.

9 out of 10 movies are bad, you can't avoid that. You can atleast expect a movie to be fun, and above mentioned are not good, but fun, which is alot of work for even the best directors these days.
And no, Marvel movies are not fun, they are boring, which in my opinion is worse then making a bad movie. Don't make boring stories

First and second ones are the o ly good onea. The third is a bloated fucking nonsensical mess of CGI and pointlessness with everyone getting their big speech before the battle. The only redeeming part was Beckett's death scene.

4:eh, 4/10, very boring, was pretending to be PoC, wasn't
5:sbarro, watched it only once, couldn't make it through the second time

The french dub of this movie was wacky as fuck, look it up on youtube if you can it's hilarious

Thanks, I honestly just like writing with the intention of making people smile/laugh. No harm intended from me.

1-3 are great.
Don't watch 4.
If you feel the need to watch 4, only watch Barbossa's scenes.
If you made the mistake of watching 4 in its entirety, watch 5.
5 is enjoyable bullshit more riddled with holes and retcons than a swiss cheese traveling through time.

Everything the other posters said before me and fucking sbarro wasn't the usual dumb fuck talk funny but also charismatic and clever Jack but a fucking drunken and annoying retard.

>But you have heard of me

What does Yea Forums think of Kaya as Elizabeth 2.0?

Attached: kaya-pirates.jpg (1920x800, 363K)

Why was Jack's dialogue in the first one so great compared to later on?

Attractive, but not as attractive as Keira Knightley and not as good of an actress and not as good of a character.

I'll give it a 3,5/10 for attractiveness alone.

>but its carried by Depp
Only the first movie, later on Barbossa and Davy Jones are the best characters

mostly trash but they were least fun to watch

1>3>2>5>4

only the first one is good the others idk why i watched them

he was mostly only pretending to be retarded but was actually really clever, like the detective columbo of pirates
in later movies hes just a buffoon

>But his motivation is because he got bested by a younger jack sparrow and sells his soul to Poseidon.
No, he gets tricked into sailing into a dangerous cave that for whatever reason traps him and his men in the state they were in when they died as their ship mysteriously exploded after hitting sharp rocks.
The Trident of Poseidon is a magical artefact that dispels every single curse upon the sea and Will's son is looking for it to free his father from being Captain of the flying Dutchman.
Now riddle me this:
>How does Salazar know of the magical properties of the compass that unleashes him from the Devil's Triangle when Jack receives it just at Salazar's moment of death?
>Why is Will going barnacley all over if turning into a mish mash of sea creatures was a curse Davy Jones got for slouching on the job?
>Why does the British Marine hunt Catrina for accusations of being a witch while they have their own government sanctioned witch in the cellar?
>Why can the pirate-lord-turned-privateer-turned-pirate-king Barbossa simply waltz in to speak to that witch?
>If all curses upon the sea really do get broken, what's Davy Jones doing in the post credit scene? And why is his crab claw on the wrong arm?

I'd switch Davy Jones with Blackbeard, but yes

4 and 5 are bad because they lack Pintel and Ragetti

The trilogy is good.

At World's End is great, fuck everyone. Dead Man's Chest has middle child syndrome, where interesting concepts are introduced but get no satisfying payoff and instead spends time with natives for some reason.

I haven't seen any of the other sequels.

the first one was BASED AF

almost a perfect movie

but the others were varying degrees of shit, even the second one. i guess they all had at least one interesting element so maybe better than the usual hollywood crap

>O-okay, what the fuck was the point of any of that then?
To not have the kraken reappear and undermine its own great scene at the end of 2 and show the amount of power the Lord Cutler Manlet has over Chadley Jones.

They have top tier atmosphere and imagery. Every single time I watch one I end up wanting to play Assassin's Creed Black Flag again.

They replaced them with the Royal Navy duo from the first movie that try to stop Jack taking the ship

The movies were shot alongside each other, if it was lazy writing, they could've excised the Kraken early on. If anything it's lazy filming since the Kraken's death happens off screen, but they actually went and showed its corpse, so it actually serves the purpose of showing the absolute power the EIC has by controlling Jones through his heart.

reddit

Too bad those two have no real presence or charisma or flair to them.

>If anything it's lazy filming since the Kraken's death happens off screen
I really liked that, actually. I don't think there's anything lazy about it at all. It's a stylistic/narrative choice and I think it works great.

We need more good pirate games

I was gonna say con air but as much as I love that movie cage's acting in it is godawful

>painfully average actress shows 1/5th of her boring tits
>(You): "UNDERRATED! HIDDEN KINO!"

You guys seriously need to whack it before posting on here.

i'm whacking it right now while staring at your post intensely and transforming my sexual energy into negative vibes i'm sending your way

no

god dammit I might need to pick this show up again. the theme song is the first time I have felt the feeling of hype in years

Stargate

Because before you were born in 2005, Hollywood wasn't an entirely talentless zog propanganda machine designed to jiggle shekels out of normies pockets. People actually put effort into films and they were created by professional individuals, not by committees of nepotic jewish businessmen working off the opinions of a Californian amerimutt test audience.

I know it's hard for zoomers to understand but people used to be passionate and motivated, not burnt out sugar addled opiate addicted zombies.

I think it worked because all the other pirates hated it too, and jack only did it because theres no way his pride would let him elect barbossa so she was his only choice

>capeshit was also better in the 2000s
It was a mixed bag

10 year old me thought this was the funniest thing of all time. The shock of this snl digital short set in a club suddenly being about pirates of the caribbean may never be topped for me

any other examples of this trope? Because its done so great in these movies but I cant think of anywhere else outside of anime or power rangers doing it

one of the few openings that I didn't skip
youtube.com/watch?v=XFTcA4QLHw0

The first one was great. It had good characters, good plot a great protagonist/ antagonist relationship with good motivations and objectives. Great tone, effects and music too.

2 and 3 are decent cash grabs. The rest are utter shit. They seem to have forgotten or just don´t care about what made the first one special in the first place and focus on piss poor comedy.

Right now I can only think of this dude here

Or Birdy

now that the dust has settled, why WAS the rum gone?

The first film was fun. The rest were not.

It's lowkey a great movie. If you subscribe to any conspiracy theories at all, you'll like it even more.
>For Me, Raising Arizona is still peak Cagekino though.

Statham in Fast & Furious

Austin Powers 3: Goldmember

>implying Davy Jones isn't fun
Lokiee hear bois-ah

>Davey Jones is eternally assblasted by getting stood up by a literal sea goddess
>tells the pirates how to trap her in mortal form
>spends his time finding random ships and sinking them for fun and turning people into monsters
>still cries about her, plays her music, and throws fits when she's mentioned

He was a just a seething incel with one-itis. No wonder you guys like him so much.

I'll preface by saying it has likely been over a decade since I last watched any of the movies.
1 is good and had a perfect action comedy tone.
2 is good as well but the story is lame and got too much uninteresting mystery, twists and asspulls.
I can't even remember anything about 3 other thanit being too long, literal who characters becoming important and a really lame overblown finale.

Maybe Yea Forums IS Davy Jones' locker...

I could agree to that, but Barabossa didnt show up until the very end. Bill Nighy is gold in everything.

damn...

>But if you go and brave the weird and haunted shores at world's end then you will need a captain who knows those waters.
>Literally name-dropping the sequel title
And generally this line is pretty lame. In Russian dub, she says "you will need a captain, experienced and legendary one"

first 3 = kino

Everything after Verbinski is soulless corporate cash grab.

So he will live to see his wife and son die?

Attached: Orlando-Bloom.jpg (970x545, 60K)

this

(you)

he was freed from the curse in the last movie

What should the next movie be about?

For me it's Jack helping found America

Some Disney producer has confirmed it will be a reboot without Jack

Anons, NO! Whatever you do, DO NOT masturbate! It's very selfish, and it's a sin!

You MUST practice CHASTITY, as chastity helps up to love well and selflessly. In a world wounded by sin, the VIRTUE of chastity strengthens us to express love in ways that are HOLY and GENUINE - whether we are married, single, celibate, or vowed in religious life. Chastity enables us to maintain the integrity of the powers of life and love, therefore helping us to RESPECT ourselves and the personal boundaries of other people. Chastity is for EVERYONE!

wrong. That single film is Dead Man's chest.

it is. It's probably the best pg-13 action movie ever made.
