So James Gunn said there were talks for a sequel. What would it be about?
Brightburn
Brightburn 2: Darkburn
Brightburn 2: Extra Crispy
“You’re gonna need more sunscreen”
Evil Wonder Woman where she enslave and torture you
you realize what you've done?
haha that would be terrible haha
Was this any good? Also didnt Gunn rape Pam from The Office?
The kid has sex and loses his incel powers.
Is this just a shitty version of Chronicle? Is it worth watching?
Lex Luthor is the good guy
It's alright. Nothing special, it's just a bit weird
Crossover with Super, probably
There's no real character development as to why the kid becomes evil.
The spooky talking rock tells him to murder people so he does.
the end credits talk about corrupted versions of wonderwoman and aquaman so there
How does this movie end? Nobody manages to stop the kid? How do we know he didn't wipe out humanity?
haha horrible, lol that would be extremely disgusting right lmao lmfao haha!
The entire movie is in the trailer. Kid kills everyone then crashes an airplane on his house to cover up the murders. He's the only survivor. Then end credits show him flying around destroying buildings.
He was an asshole before
Yeah, his mother tries to stab him with a piece of the ship, which is the only thing he bled to before but he stops and kill her. Then covers up the whole thing with crashing a plane. He doesn't wipe humanity because he likes to play and take it slow it seems.
Two stories:
One is Brightburn coming to grips with not being the only supervillain in the world, and realizing he needs to lean on people. He can't destroy the world alone.
Two is Michael Rooker's character going insane as he hunts down the supervillains, in a desperate attempt to prove that humanity needs to do something. He becomes sort of like an anti-Lex Luthor, everyone thinks he's a psychopath but he's objectively correct.
Brightburn Puberty
The film's message was 'Don't be cucked by aliens and raise them as your own. They won't adopt your values - they'll murder you.'
So a sequel should invert another superhero moral. Teamwork is bad - it induces division and jealousy. Love leads you astray, it blinds you.
Weekend at Brightburnie's
But who would play her? Post your thoughts Yea Forums
Isn't that new shot The Boys basically Brightburn: The Later Years?
Sounds like an interesting concept for a movie
Amit
Haven't seen that, but seems like it.
The kid wouldn't have an interest in wiping everyone out ASAP.
He likes to have his sick little twisted enjoyment with things. He seems to like revenge.
he coulda stopped if his ma didn't try to knife him
KANEDAAAAAA
It had potential. Ultimatly I think it should of explored more of the alien mythos and aftermath. But the movie just kinda meanders super power brainwashed child and every 20 minutes someone dies.
Don't watch the trailer btw. It ruins the movie
>watching shit by a pedo
Good goys
I'd love an evil Green Lantern next, just to see what kind of constructs a psychopath would make.
If you're imaginative, it can be a horrifying tool.
>A sequel for a movie about a 15 minute clip concept stretched to almost 2 hours
"No!"
Sneedburn 2: Chuck Fucks the Cuck
Oh
My
Science...
What if....
Superman...
Was bad.....
Antony Starr is just the best.
cringe
Um it was in bright burn, the um, like, the movie this thread is about
Yep. The evil witch killing people with ropes, the half fishman, some customed guy and an alien.
Shit forgot image.
What was with his dad's stance on guns? If he's pro or anti that'd be one thing. But he seemed to fall into some weird middle ground of "no son you may not have a rifle for when we go hunting. Guns are only awesome when I use them."
The kid had been acting up/oddly so he didn't think it was wise for him to have a gun yet. pretty common with parenting.
